Franchise service is also refreshing prompt and personalised.The duopoly duo doesn’t exist.They have their cake and eat it too.

അപ്പു - Appu (@appooz) reported@badjourno Govt (&retd) employees get discount from BSNL, despite poor network. People retain it & additional # for active calls. Competition made BSNL outsource their fibre connection at the customer level and they're responsive than the PSU. Speed is still iffy.
