    @CMDBSNL respected sir too much weak signals and call drops where ever I go on BSNL prepaid mobile , from 2 months, previously better than this, this is not only me almost all bsnl holders complaint

    @BSNLCorporate U r not in the position coz u just have no intention of acting only. How can an agent who provides broadband service in my area contact me based on my complaint to offer me an alternate service, but BSNL is not able to address my grievance. This is such a joke.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @GoI_MeitY but there is no 3g network on smartphone. I tested in my three devices but no 3g network. Even, it is unable on my roof. I contacted the bsnl office he replied that tower is too far to cover the area for 3g network. The specific area is under 2g network only.

    @DisneyPlusHS unable to rcv otp for logging in on my bsnl number. A friend confirmed this is working fine on Jio. can you please check what is the issue with BSNL. Messages not being delivered.

    @BSNL_BR Sir it's 5th day without BSNL network for pincode 848131. Hope your team is looking in to it on priority. It's saddening that I have paid for the value and service which I am not getting and don't know when will I get it @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate

    Subscriber's of MTNL and BSNL need to take care before renewal of their plans. Very poor connectivity in Mumbai and you will loose money plus have to incurr additional cost for subscribing to other networks. Seems authorities in BSNL and MTNL are helping the private sector
