    @BSNL_OR Docket No is 1J0864914464 I have a severe call disconnect issue with internet problem. After following all troubleshooting i still have a issue. As non of your official is giving me a solution may be this time bsnl will loose 6 customer at a time as am using all no.

    @BSNL_OR Can i get a better resolution from your team regarding network and internet issue. Its being long time i have raised a complaint regarding this. There is no resolution provided ever. Can you improve your service in my area? As it have severe network issue. #TRAI #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate i need answers with results. Its being a long time am a user of bsnl. If the same thing is continuing then it may lead to discontinuation from your network.

    @BSNLCorporate After sending alot or emails and calls to downgrade the fibre plan. No one is responding to this and there is no option to downgrade the plan online. What a amazing @BSNL_KL service by #BSNL #BSNLCorporate #BSNL_PB

    @BSNL_KTK still waiting for good network in Bangalore I am using bsnl network just for the sake of it but network is very poor in pillanagarden data forgot it no options to us it at all still we are using 2g network in a era where 5g is possible

    @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL broadband connection account no : 1027541504, for the same I want to change the billing plan to Fibre Basic plan. Not able to do it the self portal and customer care noone answers the call.

    Dear BSNL, Recently the me and all the people in my area are facing too many issues with the internet. I got to know that at my nearby station if there was any power cut that would happen then one person would need to go there and physically restart the system. @BSNL_GJ

    @BSNL_UPW @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw No BSNL Network in Orai, Jalaun, UP. Pin- 285001. Kindly look into this. Very poor network services provided by BSNL and customer support is hopeless. It's been more than 2 weeks & still no improvement. People are suffering & losing faith in BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Madam, I am a Very old customer for BSNL, and from a few days In my village there is no BSNL network. I don't want to port to another Network, but if the situation will be the same , it's going to be difficult for me.

    So I pay for 30 days but each month internet stays down for a week.... Nd the best part is there is no person who will try to solve this... Cause it's BSNL... What a great service u r providing @BharatFibreFTTH @BSNLCorporate

    @REDBOXINDIA Govt. owns BSNL and of course stake in #VodafoneIdea These two could give Adani a big jumpstart becoming a major player immediately It’s up to Birla now to decide as sometime back he talked about shutting down Vodafone Idea

    @CommonMan_g @ANI If they don't deploy than need to give back the spectrum. Like BSNL received the 4G spectrum first but never used or deployed it within 3 years so as per the licensing terms had to return the spectrum!! BSNL had proven tech but still didn't do anything with it!
