    @BSNL_OR Can i get a better resolution from your team regarding network and internet issue. Its being long time i have raised a complaint regarding this. There is no resolution provided ever. Can you improve your service in my area? As it have severe network issue. #TRAI #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate i need answers with results. Its being a long time am a user of bsnl. If the same thing is continuing then it may lead to discontinuation from your network.

    @BSNL_MH Sir why the staff of bsnl helpline attending calls on number 1503 do not have the proper knowledge of the systems.. why customer has always loose the money/days when they believe whatever is suggested by helpline is authentic information..

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have submitted porting to BSNL under appl BD70344790, from last night no network either on my existing jio sim or new bsnl sim. Called customer care but asking to log complaint. Why so much of service deactivation please?

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, Already got PORT code after 147 recharge. But it is unfair to do that right. BSNL is best option for village people with their 49 recharge. 2 numbers were ported from BSNL in last 1 week due to poor customer care service and network.

    I have started bsnl fibre broadband services from past 14 days but the landline facility which is in combo with bsnl broadband fibre is not started till date....I have filed many complaints but no action taken till date .....Very frustrating service @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan
