    @BSNL_OR Docket No is 1J0864914464 I have a severe call disconnect issue with internet problem. After following all troubleshooting i still have a issue. As non of your official is giving me a solution may be this time bsnl will loose 6 customer at a time as am using all no.

    @BSNLCorporate i need answers with results. Its being a long time am a user of bsnl. If the same thing is continuing then it may lead to discontinuation from your network.

    BSNL eSIM launched in Tamil Nadu; pan-India soon. Not all Android phones support it—check compatibility (e.g., Pixel 6+, Galaxy S20+). Setup: 1. Visit BSNL center with ID & device. 2. Complete digital KYC. 3. Get QR code. 4. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Download eSIM > Scan QR. For migration or new activation.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 From last 1 month i am trying to get my BSNL fiber connection either OLD or NEW but no any response.. I have called many times, i have visIted local Ichalkaranji office., kolhapur District level office but contract level person is not giving response. BAD EXPERIENCE.

    @Ravisutanjani Offers:🗿 Good News: 🗿 Actual implementation and customer service: 🤡 >Govt should focus on improving network quality and customer services! Otherwise BSNL is working pretty fine...They also provide VIP/Fancy number services via auctions!

    @BSNLCorporate first improve the existing service which keeps disconnecting every now and then. On raising complain, you update status as RESOLVED without even resolving. BSNL can't compete with private players in any way

    @JM_Scindia @Dot_CCAGujarat I am on a BSNL international roaming plan to receive SMS in USA, but for the last two months my number has not been showing any network despite regular recharges. BSNL employee informed me that the roaming contract with T-Mobile has expired and renewed
