@BSNL_OR Docket No is 1J0864914464 I have a severe call disconnect issue with internet problem. After following all troubleshooting i still have a issue. As non of your official is giving me a solution may be this time bsnl will loose 6 customer at a time as am using all no.

@BSNLCorporate i need answers with results. Its being a long time am a user of bsnl. If the same thing is continuing then it may lead to discontinuation from your network.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND Sir, our office has two FTTH broadband connections (0326-2950824 & 2950826) at Dhanbad. Both connections were disconnected on 28.09.2021 and the problem is still to be resolved. The response of BSNL vendor is not cooperative. Pls instruct concerned.

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI Dear Sir, I am trying hard to send PORT message from BSNL sim , but it was never sent inspite of having sufficient talk time and balance. When called to Customer care I was told to recharge by STV of Rs. 147/- . This is ridiculous, not acceptable.

@JioCare Now people will understand why having just one mobile network service provider is an issue. I always had two sim cards but another one @VodaIdea_NEWS is even more pathetic. Slow internet to poor network. Recharged it today just port to BSNL or Airtel.
