    @BSNL_OR Can i get a better resolution from your team regarding network and internet issue. Its being long time i have raised a complaint regarding this. There is no resolution provided ever. Can you improve your service in my area? As it have severe network issue. #TRAI #BSNL

    @BSNL_OR Docket No is 1J0864914464 I have a severe call disconnect issue with internet problem. After following all troubleshooting i still have a issue. As non of your official is giving me a solution may be this time bsnl will loose 6 customer at a time as am using all no.

    @BSNLCorporate i need answers with results. Its being a long time am a user of bsnl. If the same thing is continuing then it may lead to discontinuation from your network.

    @ETTelecom No issues.. bsnl still got a chance if they're able to provide good 4G services. Existing 5G providers are just rebadged 4G speeds not more than 200mbps.

    @Paytmcare I have recharged sms unlimited pack with transaction ID 6130501038. The money deducted and message received for successful recharge. But is not working. Reply from tollfree number that this plan has been removed by BSNL. So, Kindly refund my money deducted for the same

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate @AmritMahotsav Hume discount nhi chaheye hume bss service ache chaheye, I’m from JHUNJHUNU, Rajasthan, m last 6 year se BSNL FTTH use kr rha hu & 6 year m koi asa 1 day nhi, jis din net 50 time (50 baar) bnd na hua ho, aap se request h pls apne service batter kro or saat he BSNL k employees!

    @CMDBSNL @DoT_India it's been 2 months i am writing to bsnl chairman Mr purwar about my complaint and he is not responding. If bsnl property's gets damaged after demolishing the property then we will not be responsible for any damage. @CGM_BIHAR_BSNL

    @_Harsh_Mehta_ @prasadpanseMT I have used the previous ones but the first at home was the touch one. Irritating was the wire getting entangled. The worst was we waited 8 years to get our first phone after applying to BSNL. I do not have any sympathy for BSNL - pains they are being bailed from our money.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw in nagpur bsnl is chargeing 3500/-for new connection as installation charge, they force to take router from them.They r giving service through vendor. Then what is the use of govt. Company , private com.r there

    @BSNLCorporate The issue has been fixed. Now I'm able to login to the app and set caller tune. It's really satisfying to see that BSNL is working on customer issues.Keep it up. @AshwiniVaishnaw please make BSNL so much upgraded that it can compete with private telecom companies in coming days.
