    @BSNLCorporate i need answers with results. Its being a long time am a user of bsnl. If the same thing is continuing then it may lead to discontinuation from your network.

    @BSNL_OR Can i get a better resolution from your team regarding network and internet issue. Its being long time i have raised a complaint regarding this. There is no resolution provided ever. Can you improve your service in my area? As it have severe network issue. #TRAI #BSNL

    @BSNL_OR Docket No is 1J0864914464 I have a severe call disconnect issue with internet problem. After following all troubleshooting i still have a issue. As non of your official is giving me a solution may be this time bsnl will loose 6 customer at a time as am using all no.

    @Nikhil54028527 @adgpi @BSNLCorporate Lol. Getting something done out of BSNL is like asking pigs to fly! Pgportal is nothing but hogwash! Nothing about BSNL is right- their routing sucks, their speed sucks, they are most unreliable, and best of all, they take 3000 non refundable for modem, which is free by private!

    @ShareStunner @JioFiberChennai @JioCare Yes, I never thought Jio would have such a worst service . Even BSNL is far better in terms of returning security deposit. Jio propanganda as you can try thier service and return if you not satisfied but they will not refund security deposits.

    @KolkataPolice I've just received this SMS "Dear customer your BSNL sim documents are pending call customer care 9692463550 immediately your BSNL sim blocked whitin 24hrs." Please take necessary action.

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW Sir BSNL officials do not talk properly and are not able to give clear information. BSNL 2G network is coming in our area, your officials are saying that 4G network works. I have checked all the mentioned settings.

    on the BSNL self-care portal, when I try to add my customer account, I get an error saying "Customer Id related to Billing Account Number does not exist." However, I'm entering all details correctly. It's been almost 3-4 weeks since I got a connection. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH
