    @BSNLCorporate i need answers with results. Its being a long time am a user of bsnl. If the same thing is continuing then it may lead to discontinuation from your network.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Very bad customer care services, from BSNL I have done prepaid recharge amount debited but recharge not done, customer care executive not supporting , they not raise complaint,like not intrested to know and solve problems.

    @TheOfficialSBI Dear Sir, I did a bsnl recharging from sbi bhim upi, twice for rs.455 and both the time money deducted from my account but recharging was not done. Raised a complaint to 18004253800 on 06 Apr 2023 and today they have made a reply saying complaint resolved.

    @BSNL_UPE it's ridiculous to have a BSNL Fiber internet connection with a huge tariff compared to the rival, applied for disconnection but my account is still active and none of the customer service people are able to tell why it is active yet. Shame on you BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @DoT_India I take a new connection #BSNL FTTH plan Fiber Basic Plus OTT of amount ₹3663 for 6 months. After one month #BSNL has sent bill of ₹5678 I contacted customer care but no help from there also My ac - 1028287088 Mohd Shamim Mo-8840184910

    With several issues of suffering in rural India and negligence by govt. having thrust in infra development as highway you find no signal or maintaining weak signal of 4G networks of BSNL - Tirupati telecom effectively help private telecom networks instead of serving the nation.
