    @BSNL_OR Docket No is 1J0864914464 I have a severe call disconnect issue with internet problem. After following all troubleshooting i still have a issue. As non of your official is giving me a solution may be this time bsnl will loose 6 customer at a time as am using all no.

    @BSNLCorporate i need answers with results. Its being a long time am a user of bsnl. If the same thing is continuing then it may lead to discontinuation from your network.

    @BSNL_OR Can i get a better resolution from your team regarding network and internet issue. Its being long time i have raised a complaint regarding this. There is no resolution provided ever. Can you improve your service in my area? As it have severe network issue. #TRAI #BSNL

    @whatnwhyn I don’t know about the success or failure. But TCS and Tejas are involved in the 4G rollout and they might be able to help BSNL with the rollout. As far as I know 4G services has been rolled out last month with 5G preparations ongoing on existing infrastructure and they plan to roll out 5G by December in major cities and in all parts of India in the next 7-8 months.

If I want new SIM, how this helps? Very bad! What's your solution for this issue? Really want to sell SIM or just ADs? #BSNL

    @grok @BSNL_KL @bsnl_care It's not about frustration, we are expecting silver bar. But BSNL saying will give you Gold plated metal. It's focusing on ARPU for their salary. But can generate if provide customer centric plans.

    @BSNLCorporate not receiving MESSAGES after your 4G upgrade location 577401( just 0.5 from BSNL office) first provide basic service then upgrade.

    @bsnl_tt we are facing an issue when electricity goes off, we are not getting signals and calls, this is an issue from a 2 yr and I reached BSNL Charminar raised this issue but no resolution. They said that backup power are not instock from 2yrs.Please resolve this issue. Area Gowlipura

    I visited BSNL Tinsukia,Assam office for the ₹1 Diwali SIM offer but was denied as staff said no circular was received from Corporate office Also unable to reach customer care. Kindly clarify if the offer is valid in Assam & help us access it.@CMDBSNL @bsnl_care

    @ambiverrrtt @IndianTechGuide okay. Right now, I am using BSNL in Chennai. It is working fine. In fact, I changed my second Sim to BSNL, none of the other network working inside my institute.
