    @BSNL_OR Docket No is 1J0864914464 I have a severe call disconnect issue with internet problem. After following all troubleshooting i still have a issue. As non of your official is giving me a solution may be this time bsnl will loose 6 customer at a time as am using all no.

    @BSNL_OR Can i get a better resolution from your team regarding network and internet issue. Its being long time i have raised a complaint regarding this. There is no resolution provided ever. Can you improve your service in my area? As it have severe network issue. #TRAI #BSNL

    @BaluGorade What is stopping people from switching to @bsnl_care ??? Here is the main reason - Most of the places, no or minimal network. Nowadays the #internet has become a daily necessity and #BSNL is not able provide network coverage to #customers in big cities, forget about remote areas.

    @BaluGorade The network, been a BSNL user for almost 20 years now. Of late, their network sucks... Call drops, no network, not able to connect and sometimes the person standing next to me when calls me it says switched off...

    @BaluGorade Bsnl network is limited to the city, and even within the city, the internet doesn't work properly, and calls don't connect easily. There is no network at all in rural areas.

    @BaluGorade I switched from Airtel to BSNL but poor service and net issue. So I again switched to Airtel
