    @BSNL_OR Docket No is 1J0864914464 I have a severe call disconnect issue with internet problem. After following all troubleshooting i still have a issue. As non of your official is giving me a solution may be this time bsnl will loose 6 customer at a time as am using all no.

    @BSNL_OR Can i get a better resolution from your team regarding network and internet issue. Its being long time i have raised a complaint regarding this. There is no resolution provided ever. Can you improve your service in my area? As it have severe network issue. #TRAI #BSNL

    @swamiram96 Sir, Nearest BSNL BTS is KHAMAR which is about 5 km ON ROAD and 3.5 KM ON AIR from the said village PITTA. This village is surrounded by jungle . Hence proper BSNL signal is not available at the village. population of the said village is about 350.

    BSNL response time in case of breakdowns is too slow as government employees are lethargic whereas private companies send person in 10-15 minutes against rectifying time of two & half an hours speaks of commitment level to maintain services with uninterrupted internet. #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate It has been more than 7 months I paid money but connection never done due to issues with BSNL machinery. When this amount of Rs. 750 will get refunded in my account. I already have submitted cancel cheque along with application for refund. Please refund it ASAP.

    @BSNLCorporate I spend more than one week for set bsnl tune. I have trust in Bsnl, but bsnl not care their customer. When I call to customer service there's only one solution. We are escalated, we are escalated. Pathetic condition. If Bsnl can provide this service,do not add it on offer details

    Be BSNL customer and strengthen it. If BSNL can withstand with it's own resources, Government of India need not spend even one rupee on it. More customers to be added. Hurry, to be the customer of BSNL and serve the nation

    @BSNLCorporate Iv received, many call from BSNL Yavatmal, they were saying same. But will not stop complaining till my issue gets solved.
