    @BSNLCorporate One more issue: BSNL charged me 6500 rupees for brodband connection. Isn't it too much cost?

    @Anugrihita @ChandNawabMisir With due respect ma'am 🙏 75,000 employees got VRS in BSNL. Now BSNL only spends 30-35% of its income for employees salary earlier it was 90%. After lots of homework government decided for this package. If 2-3 years you will switch your network to BSNL for sure.🙏

    @AmitShah @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi The mindset of BSNL employees also needs to change , we’re they should focus on customer service too else all investment goes into black hole. There are some amazing people who put immense effort while a chunk of them are least bothered -
