    BSNL network is very poor at west Bengal circle & not enough speed of 3G data services .

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Pls resolve the issue docket number 122894248082 complaint raised several times but closed without resolving when called bsnl employees saying that they dont have sufficient manpower (lineman)

    During COVID time, a drain was being built in our area and BSNL wires were damaged. I complained, but there was no response. I filed an RTI. They said the wires were in Patna and would be fixed once they reached here. Guess what? They never corrected it till today. Thankfully, I switched to Airtel broadband. @PMOIndia should sell off BSNL or use it only for military and government purposes.
