    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Pls resolve the issue docket number 122894248082 complaint raised several times but closed without resolving when called bsnl employees saying that they dont have sufficient manpower (lineman)

    @StratumIAS Dear Sir, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days.     @CodeWithJune Dear Customer, You can select a BSNL prepaid plan as per your requirement. For MNP, SMS PORT <space> mobile number to 1900 and visit the nearest BSNL CSC with valid ID proof. Driving License is accepted for KYC. Regards, BSNL Care (Abhishek)

    @IndianTechGuide It's good that they are launching 5G, but they should first fix and improve their 4G network properly. Even then, BSNL will become quite good, and people won't even look at other SIM cards. The current condition of BSNL is very pathetic.

    BSNL broadband service is one of the worst compared to others. We pay the bills but if something happens they send their employees after 1 day or 2, sometimes it will take more than 2 days also. Unfortunately airtel and jio doesn't provide services for some rural areas in karnataka. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate whom should I contact to solve this issue. Local employees never rectify the issue within a day. If you can't provide a proper service please don't generate the postpaid bill idiots

    @Ajaykumaarji @BSNLCorporate The government is the reason for the ruin of BSNL. BSNL's network was so good that only BSNL worked in the hilly areas. But BSNL was ruined by making a strategy.
