@BSNL_GO my Bsnl landline (0832-2418086) is dead for last 3 month. Multiple complaints have been raised. Like a typical Babu Organization no action - hopeless service. Now I have got a monthly bill- why should I pay if you cannot provide the promised services??

@BSNL_KTK we took a new postpaid connection 2 days back. It's yet not activated. customer care asking asking to go to bsnl office. Paid 300 rupees to your agent without receipt as he was not ready to give the sim without it, as service charge. @BSNLCorporate @srvsam

@Bsnlfarrukhabad Dear sir, landline 05690230162. BSNL was unable to provide services. NO internet,calling. I requested Pg portal and your officers replied that problem has been resolved. I talked to you and you said bills will be reimbursed. Now number does not exist. plz help

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I had complained to BSNL customercare 5 times in a week as my broadband connection was unstable, all the time the technician is closing the ticket without providing a resolution. What a poor service BSNL is providing, I am very much disappointed 😞

@BSNL_RJ I surrendered my bsnl connection (phone 0141-2753358 in Apr 2021 but I continue to get Bills for payment ! This is inspite of giving written applications that I don't need bsnl service any longer.

BSNL Account Number 8008359235. Created a SR #16249493712 for billing related issue. When will this be fixed? I visited BSNL Office at Shaheed Chowk, Ranchi and met with 3 officials and no one had any clue what is "Itemized Billing for INR50".

@BSNLCorporate without service is on for 1026113883 for more than last 25 days. BSNL is sending a bill for the payment.. inspite of call for sevice support no one attended..very poor 👎👎
