  @TelecomTalk They are not paying rent on time to tower vendors, from past 1 yr BSNL'S BTS towers batteries is dead in my city Katihar and maybe they will take 1 more year to pass the allotment of new batteries when many subscribers will shift from @BSNLCorporate to other network operators

  I lodged a complaint on @cpgrams regarding bsnl broadband, i was surprised to see such a quick response. Within half an hour, i received a call, they listened then again after half an hour they connected me with local authority and within 15-20 mins a person attended it. 1/n

  @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I have already complained around 2 month back regarding to provide power back up to the bsnl tower, Odisha- 756033 as well as to supply 3G network not 2G. Not yet resolved even though I got assurance that it has been handed over to the concerned authority.

  @JioCare need a jiofiber connection in my area. The nearby connection is almost 300 mts, but service personnels are behaving like BSNL, so lethargic and saying that it will take another year to reach my area. Though we have BSNL, it's worst!

  @nsitharamanoffc @PMO_NaMo @AshwiniVaishnaw Please see that the transaction SMS are received by citizens sent on BSNL mobile connection. Further prior to merger customer could dial the no given by bank and get 3 SMS about transactions per day. Now we are not getting.
