    Using bsnl from March 2022 .I have network problem from day 1 .Then i complain to customer care of BSNL. My complain date is 1 Aug.customer care always says that your problem will be solved within 24 hours daily when I call them. Today date:- 14 sept. Still my problem not solved

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR Now it seems that I have made a lot of mistake in my life by buying BSNL 4G SIM,because I have complained many times but there is no improvement of network in my area.4G is far away,even 3G is not working and Calling also😐😐😐.please help me

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you..Issue not resolved only received 10 calls daily asking problem solved or not.. No option but to port out.. Sorry could not helped u BSNL, going back to AIRTEL .

    @JWesleyhunt What I'm saying is pertains to ground realities. There was time when bsnl were the only BB providers. Poor services, pathetic maintenance and slow speed soon turned customers to private players. The bsnl staff connived to keep their services poor creating an alternative market.
