  @CMDBSNL @CMDBSNL2 @bsnl_care Robert BSNL needs better infrastructure. I am based out of Bangalore Kengeri, the JE and the staff here are pathetic with frequent network drops. Giving 5G sim when 4G itself don't work properly. I need a refund from your service cause it sucks.

  @BaluGorade Heavy battery usage and slow / unreliable connectivity are stopping .using Bsnl but for data with jio .

  @BaluGorade I actually switched to BSNL few months ago. I decided to get 107 FR. BSNL lady stared at me and said only 350 recharge can be done. I'm like see, it's right here. She be like: IDGAF. After waiting for eternity, I did port to BSNL only to go back to Jio later due to poor network.

  @BaluGorade BSNL itself. Sim card not available. Network issue, data speed low. Mai jab sim lene gaya to 50 se 100 jada rate bataya. Customer care ko call kiya, Hamen information nahin hai. Fir sim lene gaya 3, 4 time office band.

  @BaluGorade Poor network coverage of BSNL, BSNL service is not upto the mark. Call dropping, don't support video call, Please do the needful & improve the network coverage & service.
