    @BSNLCorporate First remove 2g,3g network, tower closer but so many times connect 3g,2g network & current off no backup in Tower. Six months ago i bought bsnl sim to still I'm facing this problem. This year i bought new phone 5g, problem is your side bsnl. Soon I port bsnl to jio

    @bsnl_care I am presently visiting USA. I have a prepaid connection 9496335126. Have BSNL dual SIM & recharged withRs167 for IR service. On reaching USA, I can’t connect to any provider. Understand that BSNL is connecting through 2G/3G which is not available in USA. Solution ?

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Very slow network. No service. No one from BSNL responds to a complaint timely even after several reminders. No easy way to solve any problem.

    @ShivAroor as the prepaid SIM doesn’t work in Ladakh and JNK, so I purchased a BSNL postpaid Sim during my tour of Ladakh and JNK. I could hardly use this in that location as RECEPTION was very poor, and I had to purchase another airtel mobile SIM.suggesT, never buy a BSNL Sim for Ladakh.

    @BSNLCorporate i was ported out from BSNL only for network issue in my area, and I was continuously arisen that problem to your team. You're talking about Entertainment, Swadeshi 4G, affordable plan but what will I do with those if I can't get a proper network. @bsnl_care

    Even transfer from postpaid 2 prepaid, I was asked to come 2 times at the gap of 4 hours, pathetic service for transfer of plan within vodafone. Its much easier in Airtel @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare . @DoT_India Pls don't put our money on them. Better 2 revive BSNL stagewise

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Will appreciate the company efforts for launching new recharges if I can use the complete data within 40 days. BSNL 4G network is very unstable even BSNL 3G works better but it's not usable in 2025. So there is no means of it
