    During COVID time, a drain was being built in our area and BSNL wires were damaged. I complained, but there was no response. I filed an RTI. They said the wires were in Patna and would be fixed once they reached here. Guess what? They never corrected it till today. Thankfully, I switched to Airtel broadband. @PMOIndia should sell off BSNL or use it only for military and government purposes.

    @BSNLCorporate The customer service number 1800 4444 is unreachable. I have attempted multiple times to register a complaint regarding a bill of Rs 2175, yet no BSNL connection exists at my residence or any other location. This is unexpected. Please investigate this matter.

    @bsnl_care sir my no of delhi circle but my address of ghaziabad but sanchar haat refuse to port it from mtnl to bsnl 4g in delhi circle as there is no system there to accept address of Ghaziabad plz provide solution regarding the solution
