    Booked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.     @financebyanmol Obviously consumers will be made to pay it. Govt is just giving misleading statement to get the ball passed & to deflect public anger/outrage. All the service bills paid to govt agencies like Elec bills, Taxes, BSNL bills etc will be the first to charge UPI charges directly.

    @AnonJame9545 Everytime my bsnl wifi of 2mbps speed goes off i had to pay bribe to get it back and to stand in queue every month of starting to pay bills It was such a horrible lucid dream
