4/ Due to the high latency and slow bandwidth to Cloudflare data center, services that use Cloudflare are experiencing degraded performance for BSNL users such as Discord. I'm not sure whether everyone faces the same problem.

@Babuna5593 Dear Sir, As per field information,your issue was already resolved.The temporary fault was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards
