  @Ravisutanjani Sir it's better if BSNL focuses on improving the network instead of fancy packages. It's horrible. I recently switched from BSNL to Airtel left with no option.

  @bsnl_care @PardonBut And when I asked BSNL where and for what service the Rs. 21 was deducted, they had no explanation. They simply responded that I was under MTNL network coverage.
