  @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_UKD BSNL service isn't even worth talking of, only reason I keep this connection alive for my elderly inlaws is as back up. but it's been dead for couple of weeks, no amount of complaints have rectified it. no wonder the country is giving up on BSNL phones

  @JioCare no remedy to my problem. no jio sim working in my phone, although bsnl airtel voda all are working.almost 5 days gone but nothing done. will have to port from jio having no other alternative.

  @BSNL_BR @AjeetBhartii I don't know the technical terms, MSI.. but i like the attitude of BSNL to promptly reply. I hope it helped to resolve issue.
