    The story about BSNL and Jio comes from a report by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), which found that BSNL didn't bill Jio for using its infrastructure, leading to a potential government loss of ₹1,757 crore. However, BSNL has pushed back on this, claiming the report misinterpreted their infrastructure sharing agreement and "erroneously overestimated" the amount. BSNL states the issue is a billing dispute over add-on technology, and it has already invoiced Jio for ₹108 crore while pursuing the remaining dues.

    @_staylogical @minicnair Digital revolution is the only point I agree with, directly affected the common man. But that came with digital monopoly, wiped the competitors off the market. BSNL is facing a loss for Jio. Also in the process of digitisation several poor families went bankrupt.

    India built a full Swadeshi 4G/5G tech stack. But BSNL is stuck — not because of lack of funds or support, but because of the internal policy makers who are unable to push the execution.

    @TanaysinghT Who cares #vi ... Airtel moving to 5G SA. Jio upgrade indigenous 5G solution, is going to increase its capacity soon. BSNL decided to switch off 3G &5G very shortly at all locations... Now where is #vi ??? Very near to NCLT. At my location there is still no 4G indoor coverage.
