    @rsprasad @CMDBSNL @Secretary_DoT need your help towards getting my broadband connection issue solved, there has been not one single month where it worked without any issues in past 3 years, local bsnl leadership-very lethargic about the issue, please help

    @CMDBSNL @Secretary_DoT @BSNLCorporate after raising this on Twitter and bringing to your attention there is no effort from @BSNL_KTK to resolve the issue, BSNL phone and broadband is dead now. 08382-266500

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK why there is no backup in #Asnoti bsnl exchange? If there's no power from #hescom for couple of hrs the whole exchange goes down. No wireless or wired network and also no broadband @CMofKarnataka look at the difficulty people are facing here

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @DoT_India Tried calling multiple times to bsnl Karwar, karnataka office but they seems to be not knowing what to do here. We never mind cancelling our subscription for internet connection if such a service given by a #govt firm.@narendramodi @PMOIndia

    @BSNL_KTK. Is the BSNL fiber throughout karnataka shut down - called the Bsnl helpline and they confirmed it’s down across karnataka due to server issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Happy for your response after 4 months. Our landline no. is 08382 225330. Our network here is outdated copper wire broadband and BSNL Karwar mentioned us that we will incur additional cost at your area inspite of under muncipal corp. So we are cancelling the service this month.

    @TRAI Which is violating human rights. BSNL NETWORK is not working properly in the village. Along with this, only those people who have 4G Enable Mobile in this area can talk on the phone and those who use 2G/3G Sim Mobile can't talk to anyone?? 2/3 @hrw

    @bsnl_care Visited BSNL office and head of branch is promoting services even though it is not required by customer threating that existing services going to be ceased if not opted for upgrade. You can not force services on customer to meet your target.

    @bsnl_care These are not working. You are replying as if you not aware that BSNL is not allowing call forwarding.@JM_Scindia @narendramodi it's corruption I think to favour private companies connections are poor in Delhi NCR region itself and on top of that call forwarding is not allowed.

    @CommonBS786OM I have used every SIM card out there; currently, I am stuck with BSNL and Jio. Both are giving me trouble, yet I am putting up with them.

    I cannot even scroll Instagram or just watch YouTube with you internet, all I can do is just WhatsApp text messages, that too with no images or file media only text messages. Also, your customer care is worst of all, even bsnl feels better than you. @reliancejio @JioCare
