    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK why there is no backup in #Asnoti bsnl exchange? If there's no power from #hescom for couple of hrs the whole exchange goes down. No wireless or wired network and also no broadband @CMofKarnataka look at the difficulty people are facing here

    @BSNLCorporate Happy for your response after 4 months. Our landline no. is 08382 225330. Our network here is outdated copper wire broadband and BSNL Karwar mentioned us that we will incur additional cost at your area inspite of under muncipal corp. So we are cancelling the service this month.

    @CMDBSNL @Secretary_DoT @BSNLCorporate after raising this on Twitter and bringing to your attention there is no effort from @BSNL_KTK to resolve the issue, BSNL phone and broadband is dead now. 08382-266500

    @BSNL_KTK. Is the BSNL fiber throughout karnataka shut down - called the Bsnl helpline and they confirmed it’s down across karnataka due to server issue.

    @BSNLCorporate I had paid my FTTH bill of Rs. 931 on 19-08-21 via "MY BSNL APP" but still after 5 days its showing pending, contacted customer care they have no answer rather asked me to wait for few days. Amount is already deducted from my Ccard. Please do the needful
