    @rsprasad @CMDBSNL @Secretary_DoT need your help towards getting my broadband connection issue solved, there has been not one single month where it worked without any issues in past 3 years, local bsnl leadership-very lethargic about the issue, please help

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @DoT_India Tried calling multiple times to bsnl Karwar, karnataka office but they seems to be not knowing what to do here. We never mind cancelling our subscription for internet connection if such a service given by a #govt firm.@narendramodi @PMOIndia

    @CMDBSNL @Secretary_DoT @BSNLCorporate after raising this on Twitter and bringing to your attention there is no effort from @BSNL_KTK to resolve the issue, BSNL phone and broadband is dead now. 08382-266500

    @DealBeeOfficial This will be a common feature now.. only two companies are remaining and they will play as they want.. BSNL is plagued by its own issues and half of the public who cites incompetent personals have no any iota of truth..

    @pravesh814 BSNL's network is not good anywhere in Jharkhand. Therefore, no matter how cheap its offer is, the common man will not benefit from it.

    How is it possible that I’m using a single SIM with “BSNL” printed on it, but customer support says it’s not a BSNL number at all?

    @bsnl_care ,tried connecting with the customer support but the agent disconnected the call after putting the call on hold, also worst behaviour.This is why bsnl is not getting success,no net Speed, this is totally disgusting @MIB_Hindi @ianuragthakur

    I even made an online payment of ₹107, which got deducted successfully, along with a few more recharges — but I can’t call anyone, and I’m getting zero support from the BSNL team.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care No wonder why people don't want to go for #BSNL ... Their customer care numbers don't work to raise the complaint. And their service such a pathetic - last 3 days no reception at all. Thank You

    When I asked which number it was showing, they told me a random number I’ve never seen before. Even more shocking — they said it’s not even a BSNL number!

    One thing I have noticed with BSNL is that whenever there is a power cut in my area, my phone's network goes off and this does not happen with Airtel and Jio. It happens with BSNL. If the electricity of the area goes off, the network also goes off. @bsnl_care @JM_Scindia
