    @rsprasad sir, I am retired employ and senior citizen. Sir I am having BSNL FTTH(Wi fi) connection. It's consumer ID is 1025484 and telephone number is 07672 298789. I always pay my bill on due date. However my Oct. 19 bill was overcharged for late payment of sep 19 bill. Help.

    @BSNLCorporate I have taken i new bsnl landline and broadband connection on 19Nov 2019 with landline number 033-25446135. Landline is activated but broadband is not activated till date. Please do needful to activate my broadband service.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Address: Dattapukur,Gangapur,Bartala,near sunanda complex. pin:743248. Our nearby site used to get shut down at times of loadshedding due to faulty power backup system. Its becoming difficult to stay on BSNL. Kindly rectify the problem. 9477065562

    @BSNL_KTK Thank you! It is been a pleasure to be part of BSNL family. I would have never shifted to other carriers if service from BSNL would have been better! I am sure there are millions of customers who are emotionally connected and look for better services from BSNL

    @rsprasad - Continue to be disappointed by the service @BSNL_HR offers. After 20 years of patronage I had to disconnect it because of poor customer service offered. Now bills are being sent when my number is not in use anymore. #BSNL #customercomplaint
