    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @DoT_India Tried calling multiple times to bsnl Karwar, karnataka office but they seems to be not knowing what to do here. We never mind cancelling our subscription for internet connection if such a service given by a #govt firm.@narendramodi @PMOIndia

    @CMDBSNL @Secretary_DoT @BSNLCorporate after raising this on Twitter and bringing to your attention there is no effort from @BSNL_KTK to resolve the issue, BSNL phone and broadband is dead now. 08382-266500

    @rsprasad @CMDBSNL @Secretary_DoT need your help towards getting my broadband connection issue solved, there has been not one single month where it worked without any issues in past 3 years, local bsnl leadership-very lethargic about the issue, please help

    @BSNLCorporate Happy for your response after 4 months. Our landline no. is 08382 225330. Our network here is outdated copper wire broadband and BSNL Karwar mentioned us that we will incur additional cost at your area inspite of under muncipal corp. So we are cancelling the service this month.

    @BSNL_OR Such a pathetic service BSNL have!! When BSNL will get better? I can't even play a video in 480p resolution from afternoon time, how do I do my work? How many more days you guys need to solve this, it's been a year? Why should I pay such internet bill.

    @soamjena In Nayapalli only bsnl fiber is available. No other fiber service provider available here. Not even Jio fiber. But they will occur this area soon.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate see idea recently reduced its validity from 28 to 14 days in 49rs pack & airtel also increased the prices, plz I beg u BSNL never ever change ur 94rs pack as it gives 90 days validity(almost 6x)

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing happens after this acknowledgement. BSNL investment on its customer care needs to be revisited. Are there any customer complaints they ever solved or took ownership to solve. I am so sick and tired talking to your customer care.

Imagine BSNL is the sole NetworkProvider in the country. Opening the industry means companies like Jio can now do the same business

    I am using 2 official (08322865210 & 08322865774) and 2 personal( 08322663665 & 08322715606) BSNL Land line and Broadbad. Last 15 days service is irregular and customer care is missing @BSNLCorporate

    @HathwayBrdband All is fake. Very bad service. Don't go for hathway at any cost. Those who already have a connection please switch to airtel/tata/bsnl FTTH. Very good uninterrupted connection at same price.
