    @BSNLCorporate Sharing again when @BSNL_TN has faild and ignrd to fix the worst cable and the pole that caries my ph line fr the past 2yrs.Since its is a RURAL area BSNL is lethargic to fix and renovate the line.I didnt fail 2 pay bil evry mnth bt BSNL fail 2 provide good service

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan I want to close my broadband connection due to pathetic service from bsnl. Let me know the process. @reliancejio can you please let me know if you provide broadband connection in my area. There are many unhappy bsnl customers who are ready to switch

    @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc my village Hallaur, Dist - Siddharth Nagar in UP doesn't have any Internet service providers apart from BSNL and to get BSNL installed they are asking for the money for fibre cable... Can we please get any other private service providers here..

    @BSNL_JK BSNL FTTH is not working from yesterday evening. Even after logging a complaint no action was taken in it. Do you want your customer to port to other service providers? This is service you and your private player providing during WFH time.

    @rsprasad sir the services of bsnl odisha is pathetic. Facing connectivity problem and cannot conduct cases virtually. All my complaints has fallen into deaf ears of AGM, GM AND CGM. pl help

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl recently remove downgrade of FTTH plans on self care portal and i want to downgrade my plan,which i opted for offline method but still now my plans have not changed?? My service id is-06793295028
