    @BSNL_PB @BSNL_PB all of my family members have bsnl sim in their phones, and from last 3 days, we r receiving "emergency calls only" network in VPO raipur pharala, near lovely professional university, District jalandhar. All of the lines to customer services are busy. Help us out😬

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur I have installed a bsnl FTTH connection at home on 7th july, while applying for the connection I clearly opted for 449 fiber basic plan but surprisingly I get msg for 555 ru plan ,Now I unble to downgrade by plan online and even customer care also not responding

    Even BSNL installation vendor Also confirmed that he was given application for 449 plan only , I realy appreciated for the BSNL FTTH program but it should look into this type of error , My customer ID 1026626676 Phone no 07104-299419 Please help me out

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL prepaid validity extension, we have to recharge Rs. 75 for 60 days. We do not get any facility from BSNL. Internet service is not available.Why should we pay Rs 75 for BSNL validity extension? Why BSNL is charging extra for validity extension?

    @payzapp ,Hello Team I paid the bill 3 days bk for bsnl at 931 via payzapp ,still status showing awaiting confirmation. I checked ur team n tried to raise dispute but getting error msg .ur app always having pg issue.Kindly help me , I need my money bk.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, BSNL needs urgent revamp- the service standards have hit rock bottom. A) Theres lack of product/service innovation B) Poor customer service means high possible attrition/switch in a competitive industry as telecom! @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate

    @SP_chamoli @PMOIndia 5818133 this number is sending messages to bsnl numbers for garib Kalyan yojna and deducting money from the phone balance. Is this a valid number or fraud? Please get this checked. Please help get this number checked.
