My complaint with reference #BSNL-KL-2023-CU-01301675111187 has been closed & marked as rectified, but the problem still persists. Frustrated with the lack of actual resolution. Time for a follow-up and demand for proper customer service. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @cgmbsnlkerala

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK . Two entire days without internet on 11th and 12 th Feb 2023 . Very rude behaviour from bsnl staffs as they don’t pick our request on weekend . 12 th and 13 th Feb 2023 was without internet . Poor service from BSNL . Account No : 9040555760. Disappointed

Shouldn’t have let BSNL down. Cost of it is enormous for students in tier 2 & rural areas seeking WiFi networks where private broadband cos are hesitant to penetrate for the cost. 6 kms from Tirupati, only decent network is ACT broadband who isn’t ready to take on new lanes.

1/2 I’ve applied for the disconnection for bsnl fibre on 10th jan 2023. They are not responding abt the application given. They are also not providing for any of the receiving of the complaint given. They are neither disconnecting it. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @AshwiniVaishnaw
