    @PMOIndia Bsnl Wi-Fi hotspot not provided sufficient at any location. For seamless use or promating bsnl broadband Wi-Fi network has to increase more & more .so that in lieu of this facility many other telecom customers join bsnl broadband. This bsnl facility is really fantastic.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial No 3G service in my area since 22/05/22. BSNL customer service (after rudely disconnecting my call more than 5-6 times) has asked me to contact MTNL customer care, but the IVR won't connect me to any executives as it is not an MTNL number. Details sent via DM.

    @BSNL_BR @AshwiniVaishnaw Reason why bsnl thrown out from market- BSNL FTTH service at Maharajganj, Bihar is down since 2 weeks. No one is taking any action to restore it. BSNL exchange and JTO is not taking any call. It is been handed over to 3rd party for operation. Poor servce

    @unraveaero @JSR_Sunshines I was one of the oldest clients of BSNL landline, then mobile, then broad band in my locality but I had to surrender after experiencing repeated problems of connectivity and tarrif issues. Even I hv not got back my security deposit of LL till date despite reminders.

    @ViCustomerCare Recently ported from BSNL to VI .. but your knowledgeable representative who delivered the SIM mistakenly added the same ported BSNL number as alternate number so could not get televerification code..kindly solve this issue..

    @narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw In my village no proper 2G network available of BSNL and no coverage of 3G network in my village Mokhtiyarpur Pin code- 851133 Begusarai, Bihar no one is able to use BSNL service in my village so please provide proper signal and coverage of BSNL in my village @BSNLCorporate

    @DoT_India sir I am bsnl post paid user, my Vill. Is Kandawa, Chandauli up. pin 232110. Network is depend on electricity. Is electricity is gone, signal is out of reach.please do something, Your customer care service is worst If they don't have an answer, they hang up the phone.
