Now I came to know why bsnl is backward and unable to compete with leading broadband. Facing issue with connection from last 1 week and Continuously reaching out to customer care and local office no one responded and still unable to resolve the issue.@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt

@BSNL_KL my home landline @thiruvalla has been down for more than two weeks. The answer given by BSNL TVLA employees is that they have no spares and cannot repair the fault immediately. My 82 year old father has been a @BSNL_KL loyal customer for the past 40 years plus. Pls help

@DoT_India Why is this happening always if u want to shutdown the network give to jio and shutdown we are so frustrated to use this bsnl network always network problem first of all u using this network? u using private telecom but pls understand people we don't want 4g we want good network
