    Banks have launched new 8-digit toll-free numbers for customer support, but BSNL hasn’t updated its directory yet. As a result, calls to these numbers aren’t going through. Because of this, I’m unable to contact my bank to get my credit card unblocked. @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia

    @moneygurusumit In future airtel, Jio and bsnl only available in the state of Tamil Nadu. Other states also airtel, Jio what ever government approves network available like maharashtra MTNL

    @TelecomTalk I've been a fortunate BSNL broadband customer for 2 years without any issues. Sometimes heavy rain or construction in my village causes the wires to break, but they always come to fix them within a day.

    @BSNLCorporate The signal of BSNL is nowhere in the Mumbai. Is it in the knowledge of the Borad. It is very painful to say that people landing in Mumbai with BSNL connection can't communicate. Pl try to sign MoU with other Operator so that people are not punished for BSNL sim.

    @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!
