    @BSNL_MH Sir...I am BSNL mobile customer. Your network as also sms service is very poor. Important OTP's are also not received. Can you not improve connectivity to enhance mobile services ?

    Bsnl telephone line is disconnected from 9.04.2019 in Amrai, Karjat. @BSNLCorporate Karjat office is not even concern about fixing this line problem after repeated request. Poor service by BSNL. Please look into this matter.

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate There is total network down in khopoli raigad maharashtra If any bsnl employees interested then kindly restore the network... There is compulsion in running the company all employees can go on permanent leave and then blame government.....

    @BSNLCorporate Previously in our community there were more than 70 bsnl consumers and due to this issue most of them switched to different provider. Now again same story is repeating again and dur to instability and no permanent solution, remaining user will also move out of bsnl connection

    @BSNLCorporate plans are so misleading!! I was going to port the SIM to another network but found a good deal on BSNL but it was misleading. It said 365 days validity but in reality, it is incoming validity, not outgoing (not mentioned clearly while you recharge).

    I took bsnl fibre connection 2months back,spent 5000 rupees for installation.Even after this amount,not at all satisfied with the service.Internet connection is disturbed since the time of installation.i am facing trouble as my daughter's online classes are suffering.@BSNL_HP

    @jitu_stock Jitu Bhai as per the latest management commentary the amount of probable business from TCS BSNL deal to Tejas Networks would be high -as RAN is a large portion of network. So out of 16000 cr deal if majority pertains to Tejas Networks imagine how big rerating will happen

    @plansinfo Please correct BSNL kerala plan 147 as it shows wrong information. I had recharged this plan to my customer. As it shows unlimited calls in home LSA but it only gives 250 minutes FUP... Please correct it.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I got a message from BSNL Kozhikode, about initiating RR proceedings on our faulty landline number 0495-2461881 (Account No: 9028692596). I had requested to cancel the bill in 2020 and shifted to FTTH. After 2 years, I received this message. Need your help.

    @BSNL_UKD @BsnlCmd we are some last remaining customers of bsnl landline n it’s not working 4 last 6 months, after multiple complaints your staff at Raipur exchange in dehradun has refused to take steps 2 restore service n sending bill every month which we hav been paying.
