    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate There is total network down in khopoli raigad maharashtra If any bsnl employees interested then kindly restore the network... There is compulsion in running the company all employees can go on permanent leave and then blame government.....

    @BSNL_MH Sir...I am BSNL mobile customer. Your network as also sms service is very poor. Important OTP's are also not received. Can you not improve connectivity to enhance mobile services ?

    Bsnl telephone line is disconnected from 9.04.2019 in Amrai, Karjat. @BSNLCorporate Karjat office is not even concern about fixing this line problem after repeated request. Poor service by BSNL. Please look into this matter.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 You are doing a great job to reduce price plan both in broadband and sim. But main problem of bsnl that they have lack services For eg if broadband or optical fiber wire breaks then the people of bsnl donot do their job to solve the problem.

    I visited BSNL Tinsukia,Assam office for the ₹1 Diwali SIM offer but was denied as staff said no circular was received from Corporate office Also unable to reach customer care. Kindly clarify if the offer is valid in Assam & help us access it.@CMDBSNL @bsnl_care

    @TelecomTalk 56kbps Dail-Up connection of BSNL costed around 700 + Even BSNL was never cheap. Cafe costed around 20/30min

    @BSNLCorporate not receiving MESSAGES after your 4G upgrade location 577401( just 0.5 from BSNL office) first provide basic service then upgrade.

    @grok @BSNL_KL @bsnl_care It's not about frustration, we are expecting silver bar. But BSNL saying will give you Gold plated metal. It's focusing on ARPU for their salary. But can generate if provide customer centric plans.
