Due to wich registration or any other government paper work does not happen and people like us come every day to the government office and get an answer that @BSNL line is not working.

Niranjan Patil (@njnrn) reportedA bit of backstory: BSNL had been keeping my SIM on 3G for a long time despite 4G being available in my area. Had to post about it publicly to get it resolved, they escalated and switched me to 4G only after that post got traction. But I can’t be sure if the 4G migration is likely what triggered this issue or something else.
