    @MTNLMbiOfficial Sir.  I am a Senior Citizen staying at Vashi Sector 22 , Turbhe Village Post office road. the problem is area MTNL/BSNL not available mobile network not getting MTNL mobile network we complain so many time .6 month there is no response.

    @pravesh814 False news... All banks have atleast 2 ISPs and most are not on bsnl... Those who have bsnl.. they keep it as spare due to its unreliability and slow customer support as most govt employees have no care for customer experience

    Why does need government approval whereas BSNL should have been upgraded to 4G first than private players? This way national telecommunication company is lagged from others depriving equal facilities though am still using BSNL mobile number as do not have any problems. BSNL

    @SURESHG97639615 @HansrajMeena @PragpuraPilot It was not for BSNL, it was to wipe out the competition. You see several struggling companies like Aircell, Tata Docomo, etc got closed. BSNL is surviving due to govt support only.

    Now I really know why BSNL is running into losses even after such a huge network. It's because they offer the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
