    @BaluGorade I have been using bsnl for a very long time. Not a single person has ever complained regarding the call quality, because it never connects. And because of bsnl my screen time is very minimal. It never connects to the Internet

    @bsnl_care I use BSNL in Bangalore, I went to Nagpur a few days ago and Kolkata. Currently I am in Bhagalpur, Bihar so I have used BSNL in many places and I found that in most of the places the service is very poor in 99% of the places.

    @bsnl_care BSNL doesn't offer VOLTE services. It only offers 4G internet, and 2G and 3G are used for calls. This is a huge drawback because it requires frequent network switching, and sometimes calls don't go through when the network is down.

    @BaluGorade The bad quality network and self tarnishing image of BSNL agenda. It has the worst network, call gets dropped automatically. On the contrary jio is serving better network on BSNL lend towers, i mean how low you have to reach so that you can make some one more rich,peak capitalism

    I wish to port my jio sim to bsnl in delhi. Anyone any problem pls share? Are calls smooth? And data speed is it enough to pay nearby shops via upi? I have wifi in room so i don't find any usefulness to recharge for 899 jio anymore. HELP.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD @BSNLUPWEST hey BSNL, truly disappointed. My sim stopped working out of blue, it's showing network disconnected. I missed so many important calls, who would compensate for that? Please don't trouble your customers like this. Please resolve this asap!

    Now BSNL services being down and toll free helpline number 1912 is not working. We have informed to BSNL authorities and hope that it will be restored soon but till then we have regret for your inconveniences.

    @CMDBSNL @CMDBSNL2 @bsnl_care Robert BSNL needs better infrastructure. I am based out of Bangalore Kengeri, the JE and the staff here are pathetic with frequent network drops. Giving 5G sim when 4G itself don't work properly. I need a refund from your service cause it sucks.
