Still the recharge is not credited in my account. So, I also contact bsnl customer care but they told me the recharge is not done. But mobiwik is not return my amount..bad service

Nothing changed in your service, Any time your fiber service was down. Your fiber has been disconnected since 21st and has not been restored yet.
