    BSNL is a Biggest Froude company in India. I have been connected broad band connection and 2 bsnl sim in our family but always they having problems. Sim have no network, brodband connection in every month atlist 10day we can't use internet but we have pay them without using data.

    Sometimes I feel pathetic about my country. In my area, they don’t have fiber connection. Only BSNL offers, which work on god grace, with no reliability. I tried Airtel and Jio. They only offer air fiber, and when they visited my house, they also refused, saying the network is weak. I live near a major hot-spot. I don’t understand what the issue is.

    I already raised complaints more than 6–7 times, and many people here have also complained regularly, but the issue is still not resolved. It is very disappointing.Even BSNL is now providing stable 4G in this area. Then why is Vi still unable to provide proper network service?

    @bsnl_care There are 50-60 similar kind of messages, so it's useless the bsnl people never call me the thing is you are only active at social media creating tickets etc but no response after that from bsnl people, fedup with this , find a best solution or arrange a direct call

    @aigetoachq Bsnl employees are worst than sbi employees, they deserve only kaale paani ki saza which existed in history. Reduction in pay is required rather. Make all employees contractual workers.
