    BSNL is a Biggest Froude company in India. I have been connected broad band connection and 2 bsnl sim in our family but always they having problems. Sim have no network, brodband connection in every month atlist 10day we can't use internet but we have pay them without using data.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate #BSNLSena my internet on No 0172 2553590 is not working since 2 days. Online complaint lodged, now it says no complaint outstanding. Hence rebooked, BSNL employee says it will be resolved by 15 Mar 21 Long complaint resolving time why subscribe to BSNL

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate Very poor customer service by BSNL for broadband. Today I filed compliant for low net speed. On resolution they totally stopped my internet and said me to wait for 3 days. Is BSNL going to give me refund for these days??

    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle I'm staying in othr state for my studies nd whn I tried to contct my family I couldn't coz there's no ntwrk in my hometown our bad luck we got bsnl as the only ntwrk there Wht if there is an emergency nd u can't cntct ur family. Pin:494771

    I've been a BSNL broadband customer for over 10 yrs & have been facing connectivity issues very often & have lodged numerous complaints w/o permanent solution. I regret that I have to share it here so that someone from @BSNLCorporate @bsnlbroadband @BSNL_India will try to resolve
