    BSNL is a Biggest Froude company in India. I have been connected broad band connection and 2 bsnl sim in our family but always they having problems. Sim have no network, brodband connection in every month atlist 10day we can't use internet but we have pay them without using data.

    @BaluGorade BSNL customer service is humiliating, their employees behaviour is pathetic towards customers. Nobody wants to go through humiliation when better options are available even though it costs high.

    @sweta0615 Jio launched in 2016. BJp government is single handedly responsible for destroying a cash cow like BSNL and handing Over telecom sector to Ambanis. BSNL & MTNL were strong and well established PSUs. Digital Indian depends on fiber network. This could so easily have stayed with the government. But Government helped Ambanis introduce pedatory monopolistic strategies, this broke the backbone of competition and now people do not have choices.

    @BSNLAP_BB @gmhr_BSNLAP : Not a single week is passed without compaint raising with BSNL Fiber. 1. Line is dead 2. Wifi got disabled 3. Speed is slow 4. Internet is down. For every issue, it takes min 24 hrs.
