    BSNL is a Biggest Froude company in India. I have been connected broad band connection and 2 bsnl sim in our family but always they having problems. Sim have no network, brodband connection in every month atlist 10day we can't use internet but we have pay them without using data.

    @NiteshD61629699 Yeah just a 1Lac 3g site is not enough to cover the entire nation especially in cities. The current amount is not sufficient for bsnl to give proper service. even though after 4g coverage be like the same . The users near the tower only will get the benefit that's it.

    @livemint A simple sim change process took me 4 hours in office. The same thing in airtel took 20mins. Lodged a complaint for jio fiber at 1150pm. engineer from jio was at my door step by 9am next day. Solves the problem by 940am. Can't expect such good services from BSNL.

    I get message that My complain No#1057899840 gets automatically solved without actually done. After calling AGM still the issue is not solved. Every week I have issue of my landline not working... Whom to COMPLAIN or should I QUITE BSNL @BSNL_GJ

    @unraveaero The difference is all classes of ppl (especially the lower classes) can use this service and many offshoot businesses can result. Air India was for the mostly rich and no related businesses. But BSNL can be run better

    Don't know what has happened to BSNL network in Gurez. It is no where from the last few days and is in hide and seek mode quite often.Calling authorities does not respond.... An appeal to all concerned do the needful....

    @TVMohandasPai Sir, The old customer of BSNL landline. Monthly it was disconnected by d digging and other causes, every time I have 2 bribed officials. Most of the officials are not working, simply they are supervising the work. All work is done by d daily wage labourers. WHITE ELEPHANTS 🐘🐘🐘

    @BSNLCorporate Do you realise that it's been 29 days without a proper internet from BSNL ?? I was given a time limit of 25th Jan but nothing happened. Problem has become more severe now.

    Past 2 to 3 days bsnl network condition is very very very poor ... Why... Always showing no internet...no internet......... It's so disappointing ........ Please resolve the problem...@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HP
