    BSNL is a Biggest Froude company in India. I have been connected broad band connection and 2 bsnl sim in our family but always they having problems. Sim have no network, brodband connection in every month atlist 10day we can't use internet but we have pay them without using data.

    @BSNLCorporate there is no internet on FTTH connection for past 7 days. I request BSNL to add the number of days to the next billing cycle untill the issues is resolved. Why should I pay for 30 days when service is lesser days? Check DM for details.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK how do i obtain a NEW 4G sim or port my number to BSNL? I have been running around for this for almost 2 months with nor success??!!! Seriously can you help????

    For the smooth running of my digital cable tv network internet in a must and after being fed up by the internet service provided by BSNL and had no other option other than to buy a VSAT Terminal from Hughes Communication India Pvt Ltd by paying a huge amount for bandwidth.

    @Drsunandambal @t_hemant Absolutely correct,it's not like we didn't use BSNL,but as it happens with PSUS ,they won't work but demand and get fat salaries,I have paid phone bills for more than 6 months without my problems being attended to despite complains !

    We had very good hope in Reliance. But now in my area in Chikkamagaluru district central coffee research institute (PIN code 577117) we, around 500 Jio customers are suffering. We migrated from other network to Jio. Now It is poorer than BSNL. No network, even for what’s app

    This is the high time to reform the whole BSNL. All contract workers and even Staff members are not responding to Several complaints and Reminders. Internet Service at our Residence in Surat, Gujarat not working from last 15 days. Waiting for Response sir@rsprasad
