  BSNL is a Biggest Froude company in India. I have been connected broad band connection and 2 bsnl sim in our family but always they having problems. Sim have no network, brodband connection in every month atlist 10day we can't use internet but we have pay them without using data.

  @BSNLCorporate Have been complaining to customer care and bsnl outlets for several months about not getting network coverage in my area. Issue has still not been solved even though they said it will be solved. Area is JARIGEKATTE in Mundkur, Udupi, Karnataka. 560086

  @KnownTechie @BSNLCorporate Hahahha BSNL is only making fool. I paid money for fiber cable connection but connection never done and even they didnt return my amount. Its been 2 yrs since 2020. Despite many follow ups, nothing happens. Only making fool of customers. Mentally harassing the customer.

  @jagograhakjago I've never seen such a resolution from NCH about a BSNL complaint. It has been more than a year since I closed my BSNL connection but I am yet to receive my security deposit of Rs.3000 because of "lack of funds". And I believe there are thousands like me facing d same problem.
