    @bsnl_ktk @BSNLCorporate Broadband is not working properly. In a day, hardly for 1 or 2 hours only internet is available.When customer care is called to book complaint,they disconnect abruptly w/o booking complaints. How can BSNL ensure fair service to its customers? Respond imm.

    @BSNLCorporate The was restored. But worked only for 24 hours. And after that the tower again get out of order. Again same problem. BSNL is not repairing tower in proper manner. Please repair it properly. We are suffering a lot.

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate i am lic agent due to covid v r working from home n want to reduce our office plan but there is only 399+gst plan ... no incoming plan or 149 plan available. Pls help, else will have to disconnect connection n it will b loss of bsnl only

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL a hopeless worst network in india. I having personal experience of 4 to 5 years. Thousands of complaints. No resolution. Network always worst day by day. Don't use.hopeless worst bsnl
