  Last month I had recharged their numbers using @PhonePe_ and even got an acknowledgement message from BSNL regarding the same, but the validity and balance remained the same. I called the customer care to enquire about it and they said it was because no such pack existed.

  So to avoid loosing anymore money I wanted to talk to a customer service agent who could confirm the packs that BSNL offered. I searched google for their customer care numbers and found more than one numbers.

  So amoung all the technical errors and rude customer service operators, I have decided to stop my parents from using BSNL immediately in favour of a better service and network.
