    @BSNLCorporate Facing very poor Broadband Speed for past several months. Due to pandemic no ftth connection made. Not even able to pay online bill of bsnl. My no 02025433517, Pune, Maharashtra Tariff plan 700GB CUL. Inspite of all this paying bills promptly

    @DoT_India sir i am trying to PORT out from BSNL to AIRTEL from past 2-3days. And also i full filled all PORT out protocols. When i sent PORT request to 1900. I am getting message like UPC for your mobile number could not be processed. So, kindly please help.

    In my place we have the BSNL broadband service but no one is providing the responce where I can take the new connection.from last 6 month I am been doing folloup but no luck. Please help to fix the problem, here mentioning my place address. At + post : Darihat District: Rohtash

    @BSNLCorporate finally after waiting 8 days to solve the issue raised by me,I have decided to quit this BSNL broadband service. BSNL failed to solve the issue regarding the payment which was already paid. Thank you, Frustrated BSNL user

    @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl Very sorry to say, in these 'work from home' era, broadband services to 02532812933 very erratic. This belies claims of BSNL of giving top notch service. Earnest request to look into it. Best Wishes. Take care. Stay safe.
