    Hello @bsnl_care @BSNL_OR when I am raising a ticket for slow internet issue on bsnl fiber , the ticket is getting routed the local vendor who has nothing to do with slowness issue, let me know what's the process to reach out your core network team who can address my issue

    @Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia We still have 299 jio plan..will switch to jio..bsnl being cheap but no good network coverage..

    @rkb97official Dear Sir/Ma'am, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand the serious concern regarding BSNL mobile towers constructed in Dasapalla block, including Dugudi and Kalasakhman areas, remaining non-functional despite being installed several years ago, resulting in poor or no mobile connectivity for residents. We also understand the reported concerns regarding equipment damage/theft and the difficulties faced by residents during emergencies. The matter requires verification by the concerned field team so that the tower infrastructure and equipment status can be checked and necessary action can be taken to make the sites operational.
