    @BSNL_OR I had submitted my Account closure request at BSNL Customer Care office, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 21/09/2021 and they had clearly informed me that the pending amount for my usage would be deducted from my security deposit. But bill generated again for this month.

    @BSNLCorporate It was the love for bsnl phone that we have kept even today..but from last one month my phone is almost dead .and ur dept is playing hide and seek game. I have kept this phone from last twenty five yesrs.Please don't force me to withdraw the bsnl connection.I hope u will help

    @CGMHRBSNL @CMDBSNL @anilvijminister Jai hind sir only 2 G internet is working in my village. When I go to city jhajjar it starts 3 G. I lodged a complain with Docket no. I1761000194 which is closed by bsnl but the problem is still  not resolved.pls lookinto. Bsnl can't do this

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL UP East website is not working properly. We are unable to pay the bills. This will cause financial loss to BSNL. Kindly made website properly functional.

    @ajfrod @BalakrishnanR That's exactly what's happened. #BSNL is managing mobile network services of #MTNL now. Govt should privatise both these PSUs. Govt shouldn't run any business. Even USA despite being a superpower and largest economy has no PSUs. Both Telecom n Defence needs met by private firms.

    @BSNL_MP_Circle Sir/Ma,'am I am a defence personal and using Gwalior BSNL number 9479808322 (On my name : Harinder Singh Rawat) from last 12 years but from last 2-3days neither able to recharge nor getting any network on my SIM whereas my other bsnl SIM is showing network.
