@BSNLCorporate @tondeamey @BsnlTamilnadu The worst decision I made this year is to have a BSNL ftth connection. It is very unstable since 2 weeks and have to wait like a hornbill waiting for rain for the times it works. Hope I will be taken care.

Had worst experience with @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN recharged before 7 days yet to get my connection back. BSNL representative giving a different reply every time I visit. #shame #bsnl @rsprasad

@HDFCERGOHealth Claim ID : RC-HS20-12288887_1, Yesterday I felt HDFC Ergo is similar to BSNL , if it works then great ! But if it doesn't, customer care is just out of reach and not fruitful. I have recorded all my customer care calls.

If privatisation can enhance the efficiency of a service than where's the harm. Provided that the amenities required by genuinely needy people are met.

@BSNL_BR Sir, I have purchased new 4G prepaid SIM of BSNL two days ago, bit i am not able to connect with customer representatives for tele verfication. So that my BSNL number is not activate. I was trying for last 2 days to connect with customers representatives for 30 min.

@POONENDRA @ianuragthakur Right. We have many examples like BSNL whch had to shut down due to private companies. A big fish always eats d small fish. Corporates will kill farmers n every middle class will feel d burn when inflation will rise. Basic wheat n rice will also be expensive.
