@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @neeraj_mehrotra Sir, Visiting offices at Ichalkaranji, Hathkanangale, Jaysinghpur, Shirol. None at said locations are ready to even accept the application form. And the contact provided to me by BSNL is of Mr. Sharma, who is never found in office even during office hours or does he answer call.
