    @BSNL_MH my BSNL broadband connection is down from last 3 days. I have visited BSNL office Kannad, Dist. Aurangabad. No one was there. Their contact numbers are not reachable. I am extremely helpless, my office work is stuck. Request you to please look into this. @DrBhagwatKarad

    @BSNLCorporate I went to the BSNL Office Kannad, but no one is there. I have lodged the complaint in their register but they are not bothered to reply.

    Its huge time now BSNL website complaint and request should be given priority. but still no action is taken on website request. How BSNL can improve without proper investigation. Lower level employee wii end up looting customers 😭@narendramodi

    For the last more than six months my case for refund of security deposit relating to mobile no 9419564470 is still pending in bsnl office Srinagar despite taking up issue on Twitter from May 2022 and as many as four complaints on CPGRAMS portal

    @BSNL_MH in Pune Sadashiv peth the phone line has been down since 10th Sept. As is the broadband! We tried making a complaint on phone number as well as online but no response. My old father actually went to BSNL office and registered complaint. 1/n #badcustomerservice #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @RamSahu29474249 Dear, Bsnl is of govt . Govt supported pvt telecom companies and Ignored BSNL and MTNL. ALL infrastructure belongs to bsnl but govt has no interest to revive BSNL. Many a times employees go for strikes but who cares. Kindly support Bsnl.
