    @BSNL_MH my BSNL broadband connection is down from last 3 days. I have visited BSNL office Kannad, Dist. Aurangabad. No one was there. Their contact numbers are not reachable. I am extremely helpless, my office work is stuck. Request you to please look into this. @DrBhagwatKarad

    @BSNLCorporate I went to the BSNL Office Kannad, but no one is there. I have lodged the complaint in their register but they are not bothered to reply.

    @AirtelXtream: Thanks for giving me such poor service in my area. My Internet is down since last midnight and customer care is unable to respond on the same. I should have selected BSNL instead, they at least do not make a false commitment. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @BSNLCorporate I went to bsnl office and they say only aadhar nothing else. I am already a customer just want a new SIM. My region is UP East. If other ID is accepted then why is BSNL office not issuing new sim with PAN, Voter ID or DL?

    @Airtel_Presence 24hrs have gone by still the issue is unresolved. Nobody takes your call & if they did, it would fill with mundane Sorry & Thank you without any meaning. Just a few days back i had to suffer a 32hrs breakdown & now this. Worst than BSNL perhaps. Why should we support Airtel

    @AshwiniVaishnaw same is with the BSNL connections, we are unable to connect in Delhi area we are facing a lot of connectivity issues. Have BSNL connection no network in Delhi. Look into the matter and solve the problem or leave.

    @BSNL_MH worst experience in contacting your bsnl fibre customer care, very ignorant and unprofessional, was looking to know about my fibre plan but they damn care about my concern. First guy said i have consumed the timeline service to speak with CC and ask me to call back.

    I called JTO Sir, BSNL exchange Aliganj, and they are saying give the application to third party vendor and to BSNL, which is such a dumb idea. Can someone help here to close my connection as I am not using it from 22nd Sep and obviously BSNL should still be billing me on this.
