  @BSNL_MH my BSNL broadband connection is down from last 3 days. I have visited BSNL office Kannad, Dist. Aurangabad. No one was there. Their contact numbers are not reachable. I am extremely helpless, my office work is stuck. Request you to please look into this. @DrBhagwatKarad

  @BSNLCorporate I went to the BSNL Office Kannad, but no one is there. I have lodged the complaint in their register but they are not bothered to reply.

  I contrast this to the superb services from @airtelindia whose customer I have been for 20 years. I paid their bills forward about the same time, and their service was seamless and first rate. Hon @JM_Scindia Please ascertain that BSNL gets its act together. This is a repeat! 🙏🏻

  It’s been almost 2 years since I got BSNL SIM, and it’s now my personal number. I kept waiting for the network quality to improve, but honestly, I haven’t seen any real improvement. Looks like I will have to port this number to another service provider. Should I wait?

  @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!
