    @Ravisutanjani @TRAI Please do something 🙏🏻 Telecom companies are increasing tariffs day by day, BSNL has rented up most of its own towers to other private telecom sectors, so if we think about changing our operator from existing to BSNL, then we'll have to suffer of low network issue.Please🙏🏻

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @bsnl_care My replacement sim network has come till now almost 36+ hrs past post 2nd times replacement sim given on yesterday around 12pm. No one cooperating, everytime false claim of complaint raise,docket raise till now no solution Check bsnl-care DM.

    Hey @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE, I recently placed a request for home delivery for a SIM. However, I got this message "Dear Customer, Kindly Visit the nearest CSC to acquire SIM-BSNL". Please refund the money as I paid for the service that had to be provided at my doorstep.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 It is difficult to use BSNL especially while travelling due to unstable network . Please fix that first.

    @reliancejio @JioCare one big drawback compared to other operators is the lack of offline recharge options. Without an active plan + no internet, users are stuck. Can you please integrate USSD/SMS/Offline UPI recharge support like Airtel & BSNL? It’ll help a lot in emergencies

    Reasons to not to choose BSNL and Bharat Fibre: 1) Poor and Rude Customer Service and their Agents. I called and said can you raise the volume of your mic as I can't hear you properly he ended the call immediately. 2)wifi is not working and they say cant check its raining.

    @BSNL_CHTD BSNL 5G may be realised only on 700mhz for indoor users and 2500, 3500Mhz won't support indoors. But others like Airtel optimized 3500mhz getting 5G in indoors. Even both 2100, 700 mhz coverage is low.

    BSNL also followed the path of Jio and Airtel (BSNL could never digest the support of the public. They are not making recharge packs expensive but reducing data, on the night of 31st August 2025, BSNL secretly suspended the 365 days Rs 1999 prepaid recharge (with one-time 600 GB)

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Switch to bsnl and broadband ki maa chudao behenchod. I raised the complaint on 29th August. It's been more than 48 hours and you've not resolved my issue. Customer care are careless. Technicians are useless, they don't pick up the call.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 A big problem in bsnl is fibre line down day to day bsnl officers not responding in siwan bihar customers leaving bsnl fibre .
