    @bsnl_care @NarendraKr1993 @BSNLCorporate They promised to upgrade in August 2025, but nothing has happened yet. So, should we just keep recharging their SIM until then? I've now ported from BSNL to another telecom provider because of their network.

    @BSNLCorporate The condition of BSNL SIM cards in the Banaigarh area is so bad that when you call NO ring. Even when the call is connected, the voice crackles so much that you can't talk. The internet also doesn't work properly. What kind of system do these people have?

    @bsnl_care Physical server's located at Kerala. BSNL office can't do anything. Chennai, Delhi Servers network administration has to answer. It's proxy interception by US registered IP 206.1.36.91 Metroset. Kolkata started this. Now everywhere hijacking DNS. @TRAI @DoT_India /11

    @BSNLCorporate Will it applicable for existing customers?. Or only for new customers? If yes, launch similar plan for existing customers until bsnl network becomes stable and provide good connectivity to customers.
