Pathetic service by #bsnl_bihar ftth is down for more than 24hrs with no estimate of when will it be fixed. All phone numbers switched off by staff. Online complaint portal couldn't be slower.. Will be switching to a private provider soon. #BSNL

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLMH_Nashik Sad state. Applied for FFTH. 14 year old customer of BSNL. Contractors asking illogical money. Bsnl has left FFTH open-ended. No control on contractors. Old modem for BSNL FFTH cannot be relied is the reply.
