This stemmed from overlooked agreements and poor record-keeping. BSNL countered that CAG misinterpreted the deal, claiming no actual revenue loss occurred as terms didn't require such billing. @TelecomTalk @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care BSNL is just third class operator in view of network. If you go to the village or rural areas you wouldn't get network and no power backup available in many sites. I complained many times but no action was taken to improve their service.
