I remember going to BSNL office and was told that my address belong to diff zone. other office they didn’t have pamphlets of broadband plans. it was horrible expe

@BhagwantMann @realmanubhaker If you don't like the service of 1 you can go to 10 others. Remember the days of only BSNL the sole provider. We were bribing the line man too to get service. I think that's what you want for the people of India #Monopoly #freetrade

@Flamboyant007 @V_Alterview @meenaharris RAILWAY have monopoly. BSNL was profit making as it was monopoly. Have given bribes to line man to fix connection. Service was pathetic. If one called BSNL customer service it kept on ringing and no one used to pick up. with private entry bsnl made local landline to landline free

Just because of corruption..otherwise, BSNL has super large and better infrastructure!! Which one is cheap and what is the customer service level of BSNL or other govt entity?
