@PMOIndia good Evening sir. I am Resident of Shaheed Dweep. It's really very sad for us we are very disappointed in our islands network very poor internet is also poor. BSNL & Airtel not provide services. In mainland people used 4G we are not 2G please help us sir.

@BSNLCorporate after online recharge from BSNL mobile portal amount debited from my bank @10 am morning but stil my incoming and outgoing barred ..m in roaming 3 times call to customer care they said your no belongs to Bihar we can't help..so pls see this asap .I m facing trouble

Had visited a local bsnl office @porur but they are asking me to go to odisha to address this issue. Its not possible to travel anymore to odisha. Let me know if there is any other way to retain the same number from bsnl?

@AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India I have surrendered my 2 landline connections as they were not working but just paying bills. Took acknowledge of surrendering instruments. BSNL not refunded my deposit but just sending bills. Is anyone going resolve this or harassment will continue?
