    @MarkRober Yesterday I got a call from Kolkata where the scammer was pretending to be customer care from BSNL and he told me that my sim was going to be blocked. He tried to social engineer me to get my card details, I immediately cut the call. Indians get scammed too.

    Your airtel service is worst than bsnl service , your engineer don't have wire , no dp point they only need Happy code n make customer unhappy. Customer care support is also poor with no coordination between team members n ground team .

    @yupptv_scope First they give 30 days trial then when you want to unsubscribe they are rude. After 3 months managed to unsubscribe bt was charged double, ie 129 x 2 in bill. Nw my status is unsubscribed but still I am billed by BSNL. Both @BSNL_MH and @yupptv_scope looting pple

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Not able to use internet even after activating net pack, cust care not even answering call, what is the solution?? This is why BSNL is struggling day by day.

    I tried to reach out to nearest @BSNL_KOTD office in Budge Budge and the executive is saying the employee is out of office for 10 days from 1st of may, and till now they don't know when he will come back, in 10km radius we don't have any office, please fix this problem. #BSNL

    Hii BSNL team, I'm ullenga vinoda from Telangana state im using BSNL SIM. It's not working fine data on time . So I did call so Many times of BSNL customer care (1503) but do not found any response from BSNL customer care side plz solve immediate my problem. Thanks....
