  Phone Bills Going Up Big Time! Jio and Airtel plan to make mobile plans cost 15% more very soon. Smart people who watch money say this happens because only few phone companies left now. Also 5G costs them lots of money. See Airtel? Long long ago in 2014, you pay just 10 rupees to keep SIM alive and get OTP. Now same thing needs 349 rupees! When Jio came in 2016, many small phone companies like Aircel and Uninor closed shop. Now almost only two big bosses left. They can raise price easy. Video shows Airtel, Jio, Vi logos with money up-down lines. People feel sad and angry. Basic phone use costs more and more. Many say bring back BSNL strong so we have choice again.

As per JTO Bidupur, the previous concern was addressed through the earlier complaint response, and you were advised to clear the pending dues related to the previous connection. Further, as per MSO Adarsh Enterprises, earlier FTTH connections availed in the names of family members were disconnected due to non-payment.   @Vibeyseagull BSNL was such a good company, my father worked there. But these gujratis ****** up everything. Held bsnl back, gave their resources to "Jio" and made sure bsnl never comes up. Had they given bsl enough power this rise of jio wouldn't be even a possibility.

  @piyush_trades Consumers are helpless as having active mobile is necessary now. Govt can help people by bringing back #BSNL into game with affordable prices but don't know why @TRAI is just being a spectator here. 140+ cr population with just 2 major networks. #Duopoly

  @Anviksha_ Even after spending more than 500 in Airtel postpaid I can't use mobile hotspot and during emergency this is severe loss for me. The worst part I can't switch because I know VI and Jio will also implement this policy soon. Need BSNL badly
