  @BSNL_UPEast @BSNLCorporate BSNL's service is very poor. If the power goes out for five hours, the BSNL network goes down. The BSNL network only comes back on when the power returns. Doesn't BSNL have a backup generator?

  @GunjanT76681975 @TG_TriGany This looks like serious issues. If the power is low then the coverage will be hit. If 256 QAM is not supported then throughput will be hit. Looks like TCS is far behind and still BSNL is claiming victory. TCS should come clean as to why they are unable to implement these features

  @Airtel_Presence In the classic tradition of Airtel customer care, a week has passed and they haven't moved a finger. Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 In Guwahati BSNL Volte for voice call is not working since last two months. I have registered online complain to bsnl grievance team but not rectified till date. I am still using 2G network in Guwahati.....

  @narendramodi @BJP4Delhi Can you please look into this complaint? Service road to Amity, Sector43 has been scrapped due to which Two wheelers skid even on normal speed. Roads near BSNL building n behind MCG office getting worse. #gurgaon @MunCorpGurugram

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD my father’s mobile phone with a BSNL sim has been lost/stolen. He is admitted in ICU for a critical condition. After repeated attempts to call customer care to block the sim I’m not able to get response from customer care. Please help!

  did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

  @bsnl_care Hi Abhishek, Thanks for your response. My device software is already up to date and I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.
