    Students of zanskar is facing big problem in terms of their education due to network issues .Other part of the students are getting classes via digital mode But ZANSKAR Valley doesn't have such facilities. installation of Jio towers fast & Provide 3G service on existing BSNL.

    BSNL bharat fiber has indeed set a benchmark for terrible customer service and experience. From the past 1 month I'm getting terribly slow speed and frequent network drops and the franchise guy and the SDO has no concrete solution for it. @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @BharatFibreFTTH

    @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl @DoT_India please provide technical rebate for all the period when 96 pair fiber cable was broken. Once the cable is broken time to fix it is usually 1 week or 2 week or more. I hope BSNL will provide technical rebate, since complaining doesn't work.

    @TRAI Sir, We are facing bad/no internet connectivity of BSNL up east reason since long time nd the call centre no. 1503 is also no response.... Kindly arrange to resolve the issue with immediate effect.

    @BSNLCorporate Its been more than 6 hours my bsnl ftth( no internet connectivity) is not working in pune. In the past 1 year, bsnl ftth was working smoothly only in( April-May 2021.) And I have been complaining for the remaining 10 months.
