  Students of zanskar is facing big problem in terms of their education due to network issues .Other part of the students are getting classes via digital mode But ZANSKAR Valley doesn't have such facilities. installation of Jio towers fast & Provide 3G service on existing BSNL.

  @airtelindia i never thought i have to port to BSNL, the reason is so stupid. I have to recharge a big pack just to send a port message. There are no real validity recharge in airtel. No one wants amazon prime/hotstar sub. Some people like me just want another sim for call.🤦2/1

  @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate No Mobile Internet service available in Susgaon region of Pune(411021) , Maharashtra. Quite difficult to work from home in such internet outages. Please see to it. Bsnl helpline unable to resolve issue.

  Beware of the fraudulent messages asking you to call any number for verification/download any app to update your KYC/Aadhaar details. BSNL never asks you to download any third party app for such activities. Please stay alert from such SMS as these may result in financial loss

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ Again broadband is not working for more than 8 days, no one is responding... And at bill payment, every 7 days sms generates! Is this problem due to only option available here is bsnl or what!

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD Very pathetic service 😡😡 Recently I've ported my Airtel sim to Bsnl, sim got activated on 7th Sep, but I'm unable to send SMS to any number. Called 1503 immediately & registered a complaint. But issue is still not solved 🤬🤬. You guys don't care about

  @BSNLCorporate Also, I would like to seek your attention towards the YMAX Machine, which was installed in Kursela Exchange 4 years ago, but it never became functional, resulting in poor service of BSNL in Kursela (Katihar, Bihar). I hope it’s not coz of any nexus with the pvt companies. (1/2)

  I complained on 4/09/2021 to open the incoming and outgoing call was closed but it is still not solved. Is this your best service? Is this what a customer deserves from bsnl? plz at least turn on my sms so that I can PORT. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

  I've been calling BSNL Customer Care since morning but nobody is responding properly.I am not even able to hear what they are saying and then they disconnect. They don't even give a call back.Highly disappointed by the customer service.@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate
