    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 The customer will be left stranded once the new BSNL SIM fails to provide a network. Forget about 4G or 5G—even 2G will barely work.

    @TelecomTalk I've been a fortunate BSNL broadband customer for 2 years without any issues. Sometimes heavy rain or construction in my village causes the wires to break, but they always come to fix them within a day.

    did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

    Very poor BSNL service in Amariaaghipur near Siva Mandir, Pakha Mohapatra Sahi, Balasore, Odisha. No signal, no coverage, no internet, nothing is working. This is causing serious inconvenience. Please fix immediately. @BSNLCorporate #BSNLComplaint

    @bsnl_care @JM_Scindia Extremely disappointed with BSNL internet service. Every single day the connection goes offline, yet I’m paying ₹943/month for this unreliable service. This is seriously affecting my work-from-home setup and putting my job at risk. Fix this urgently.

    Dear jio from 6 month we are complaining for your poor service and has given several times details you asked for but nothing happened just as usual electricity went off network went off. Bsnl is best than you worst jio.

    @iyoushetwt woww for me I have asus tuf a15 R 7 and 3050 but the problem they don't give me any wifi😭😭 and I have a bsnl sim😭

    @garg_trupti Kaise maanle ki diye honge 40 lakh. Pagal aurat they used BSNL towers for years for jio and bsnl “forgot” to bill them you really think he is paying for this ****?
