I raised the issue of not receiving BSNL signals in mumbai, whereas you have advertised it being Available. How relevant is the remark !... Shame ... I went to Lucknow BSNL center and they told me it is blocked from Allahabad and they are unable to help. I am paying for services i can't even use. Is this fair?
