If not for Bsnl executive my connection would still be down. So just try and improve your customer service but mainly communication skills of your customer executive.

@JioCare Thanks for the message i have sent you my details and even applied for the sim on your app but my main concern is I don’t have a UPC code as bsnl is not letting me to send sms to 1900 and my recharge will expire tomorrow on bsnl please help me with a solution

@BSNLCorporate pathetic services are being given by bsnl Bhopal .Last three days my internet is not working and I have communicated many bsnl officials but no one came to rectify issue .

Tired of following up with BSNL’s staff for fixing the broken Broadband. Complaint (no. 1058704134) was closed without any resolution. Last attempt to get the problem escalated @BSNLUPWEST @BSNLCorporate . Will switch to Airtel or Jio if not resolved soon.

@BSNL_PB Still no resolution for bad internet for the #bsnl landline number 0172-2924080 at Sector 2 #Chandigarh .. even the minister Govt houses are opting for private internet connection .. Local team is helpless !!
