    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I've been using BSNL after porting from Jio for lower price and higher validity, but in Gudur village (Kamalapur, Hanamkonda, Telangana 505102) I barely get 3G/4G—or even 2G. People say coverage is only ~1 km. Is it worth paying for such service?

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Chairman himself seem to very poor in communication with unprofessional body language. BSNL communication is like him only. There are zero innovation in BSNL. Recently, I have ported my BSNL SIM to another telecom operator after being DESHBHAKT for 10 years.

    I personally think BSNL should focus network upgrades, stability and maintenance. Apart from these, they should work on BSNL selfcare app. Like the UI needs complete overhaul. Add the feature of convert to postpaid, eSim online), Hello tunes, Int'l roaming without changing sim.

    @BSNLCorporate Is this what you call service? Internet is DEAD most days, can’t even load a simple page. Forget 4G—you can’t even handle 2G properly. Stop making false promises & looting public money. BSNL is dragging Digital India backwards. Shame! #BSNLFail #DigitalIndiaJoke
