@placid_gorilla @donnie_brasscoo But customer are getting better facility with jio and jio fiber why they will choose bsnl over jio? Jio have 20000 approx employees while bsnl have 174312 employees. But while comparing the service provided by them there are huge difference.

@BSNL_KOTD BSNL, I tried calling your customer care, but they couldnt help as my sim card is a karnataka sim, and i need to use kolkata sim as my connection is in kolkata. I dont have any kolkata sim so does it mean my problems will not be addressed?
