Earlier too this area faced a problem -people not provided landline connection because it is "border area".This is not international border,not even city outskirts,but somehow BSNL staff have convenient excuse of "border" to wash their hands off.

@BSNLCorporate since 16 september, my internet is not working, BSNL only prompts to remind customer to pay the bill on time, but it doesnt take any action on customer grievances

I am Bsnl customer from Goa.i am having problem with corgao exchange from last 5 months...Mr shubham and mr sharad from corgao exchange are not to be seen in office neither do they attend to our complaints.i dint understand why they are troubling the customers so much
