BSNL has understood this strategy and is offering affordable plans, but its biggest problem is network coverage and service quality

It may be any network. Govt need not to be do business. Its role is to look after the fairness in governance. That’s it. Business can done by all.

Mahesh (@MaheshThadaka) reported@SidharthKourav BSNL service is good..You can directly talk to their employees or book complaint online or visit their office and they will respond & resolve issues service related but Only issue is bsnl don’t hv sufficient4G towers to cover all areas. Wherever available there 4G working fine.
