    I missed to inform this in the beginning. VOIP is not working from the day 1 of the connection. Not even get IP address. Looks like the VLAN 1831 is not configured from LCO/BSNL side.

    @Raavizd @BSNLCorporate brother i have complained many a times, these shamless guys at bsnl doesn't seem to care, customer care gives lame reason for not receiving otp if you try to ask more about it they just hang call without listening to you. thodi sharam karo sir @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate you ppl doesn't seem to be working on anything, so many days have passed but still no resolution, ppl at bsnl taking workless salary sharam karo thodi! & we never wanted this but yes u ppl deserve to be thrown out of jobs shameless #ShameOnBsnl

    @antraqen Ella Andre BSNL Tara ondhu land line ge 1 month wait mada bekithu... It is the service which private persons which attracts the people. Earlier 3g data 1 GB used to be 250, now 4g it's 20 rupees ...

    @BSNLCorporate Dear team we have taken a new BSNL landline connection 2 months back but it is not working since inception, many follow ups made with JE SDO made several complaints online as well but its still not started. Pls help. Landline no 0135-2744557

    @dakshin17 @CMDBSNL brother be it any place in India all employees at bsnl are the same lazy, #kaamChor, know why is it? bcz this can only happen when ppl at top who has responsibility don't care, they just need salary on time no worries about service.

    @reliancejio For Prepaid user if unlimited plan gets over why we can't call or SMS with a minimum recharge like 5, 10 Rs, Why there is no recharge available for a month with 40 Rs like BSNL, Airtel and VI ? To increase profit and gain money instead of user-oriented service?

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @rsprasad Dear BSNL and Ravi Shankar - should I expect a call back from BSNL on my issue reported in Dec 2020 as there has been absolutely no response either on Twitter or through call center until today even after multiple follow ups.
