This situation has created a significant fiscal burden on the government, affecting the availability of funds that could otherwise be allocated to critical infrastructure development, technological advancement, and improved service delivery to the citizens of the nation. This alarming situation raises critical concerns: Is this a deliberate conspiracy orchestrated by officials, or is it a result of gross negligence and administrative failure? Who bears the responsibility for this financial mismanagement and dereliction of duty? When will appropriate action be initiated against those responsible?
