@rsprasad I called BSNL to enquire y my complaint about landline not working was closed without action. Got reply that technical team closes most complaint without action. Further told I have no option to escalate my complaint @BSNL_KL #BSNL

Worst service by BSNL. Landline wire with multiple patches. If complained they are saying you have to buy the wire yourself. Then why I have to pay the Bill.
