My father in law lost his phone having bsnl sim yesterday. We have been trying to reach out to the customer care (1503, 1504) of bsnl to block the sim, but nobody is responding. We regret choosing @BSNLCorporate connection. They don't care for consumers..

@BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP No response from BSNL concerned JTO to whom I am trying to contact since last two weeks. There is disconnection issues and at the same time I was charged additional money in the name of initial charges which was not communicated to me.
