    @BSNLCorporate I am a bsnl subscriber from one year but in my locality there is no network,call drop problem occurs and internet does not work lots of buffering happen if you will not solve the problem I will port out from bsnl.. In khagaul Patna Bihar @DoT_India @TRAI

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for taking up complain seriously. I have received call from person #Gangtok #BSNL office. He just checked whether setup is done and Internet is working or not. Please have "culture" to say sorry to customer for inconvenience. 🙏🙏

    You can for a while reach the moon, but you cannot change BSNL bandwidth Speed...in the generation of 4G ,5G. Bsnl DSL giving speed of 200kb speed even when my plan speed is 10mbps ...@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR pathetic service... Sarkar ko bechna hai to isse beche..
