    @rsprasad @samirsaran I don't understand how an reported issue can be closed without resolution ??? And not answered for 1.5 months. "I am paiding my bills for past 1.5 months for a dead connection" No one from BSNL is responding or working in organized way. How else can I approche futher ???

    My village is not at all connected to any of the mobile network, we sometime get the BSNL range (based on the weather). It is very painful as we are technically so advance and there are such villages with no network at all. I request you to please look in this regard.

    @rsprasad @samirsaran You can check all my complaints reported on Ph: +04554-265941 And the way it's handled for past 45+ days. I pay my bills and govt pay salary for all these kind of service we expect from BSNL ? That's why the organization is blamed for the poor management skills and services.

    @BSNL_KTK Ok.. Thank you..The problem is BSNL is always have no consistency in service. Always one or the other day there is network problem..

    @Andaman_Admin @jitendra_narain @BSNL_KOTD The 4G tower of BSNL in Junglighat, Port Blair (Ananda Marga School road) is down since 10 days with 4G switching to 2G and no network after every 10 minutes. Request immediate assistance please. Even calls are also not possible.
