@deep_chatterji @ShekharGupta @YashMor5 Discount at cost of bad quality service. Half of the time we don’t get network. Just look at the debt owned by leaders of telecom. Which can soon become NPAs if not handled well. BSNL is counting its last breath and lakhs of employees are also at risk along with the company.

@BSNLCorporate No action has been taken till now i have contacted on this numbered but they are not taking any against such cases vendors are charging double the amount of installation charge plus we have to pay for bsnl installation charge. Not expecting this kind of service from govt org.

Bought a new bsnl sim for the same number 2 days ago. It asked to dial 1507 to activate the new sim. But when I call 1507, it tells it's an invalid number. Any solution @BSNLCorporate

The biggest mistake i ever did : not porting the primary no from bsnl to jio. We should have some social service volunteers to help in address change number change etc.

@BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia Dear BSNL, pls pay attention to remote areas like Patalgaga, Maharashtra. BSNL Office is empty, no staff attends regularly, many telephones are dead for months, many have surrendered.. pathetic and hopeless situation. BSNL customercare is down
