    @BSNL_KTK The customer premises is at a distances of around 2.5kms from the highway. There is no BSNL fibre network to that location. The BSNL Franchise M/s Xtreme Computer has also not extended the fibre network till that location.

    @sandeep_PT In 2006, I had to follow up for ovr 1 yr for BSNL to fix our landline connection, for whch we wr paying monthly bill of INR 730 thn. Ths was their attitude towards consumers. BSNL survived so long just coz it had monopoly in telecom segment. 4G/5G wont change its fate today

    I installed bsnl fibre connection at my home and since installation i was complaining about speed to local bsnl office and they took my modem to their office for more than 6-7 times but my issue is not resolved so they asked me to install range extender to increase the speed. 1/3

    @BSNLCorporate when i enquire to downgrade to bsnl customer care 18003451500 they told me that plan 499 was available.

    @amazonIN On Amazon India App bsnl 198/- plan is misleading information & fraud with customers, Amazon written their 2.5GB /day for 40days validity, but bsnl providing only 2GB/day for 40days validity...i have confirmed this with both BSNL customer care representative & BSNL My BSNL App

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw what a pathetic service by BSNL,BSNL Fiber broadband 06346-253060 is deactivated from last 3 days, paid all the bills and waiting to reactivate my service from more than 60hrs.Noy able to WFH, no response from cs except wait for 48 hrs.

    @Achintya____ @sandeep_PT Government never wanted bsnl to grow, bringing 4g services after an year, that to at non sense prices, why anyone would have switched

    @sandeep_PT I had a BSNL connection around 2001 till 2002...have tasted the service and the willingness of the staffers to resolve the connectivity issue,a white elephant, where the staffers only took salaries from citizens' tax and didnt do any iota of work in return...good riddance

    @BSNLCorporate It has been almost 1.5 month since I submitted my application. No one from BSNL or franchise contacted yet. Horrible serive from BSNL.
