    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI I'm trying to send port message. 1st I recieved message from BSNL that UPC request received but no UPC code received. Now upon resending the message it says message format is not correct. I rechecked and confirmed that format is correct. Pls help

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @DoT_India BSNL wants customers to pay bills on time, but who is accountable when the internet stays down for days? 3 years of outages, red light issues, and poor support. This is not the service customers deserve.

    I'm in Tamilnadu from 29 may. But I couldn't make a single call from @BSNLCorporate. I don't know when every Indian will proudly say that BSNL is the best. The same issue I faced when I was in Kerala. But..But.... Nothing has changed. Wake Up @DoT_India & awaken BSNL.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BsnlHp BSNL is serving remote areas of Himachal Pradesh and deals with outages in a way that defies logic. We have outages every day. Complaints made days ago remain unresolved. Sometimes monkeys are blamed for cutting fibre cables with their bare teeth, sometimes a JCB trudges along, breaking an overhead Fibre Cable, or someone plays a mischief and cuts cables for fun. At times back end equipment malfunctions and even if Fibre is connected well, there is no Internet. Now I am using 4G signals to write this. Why doesn't BSNL lay underground cables permanently, avoid all these issues. Or is a Starlink deal with BSNL about to come through for remote areas?

    @XFreeze BSNL as the last-mile distribution layer for Starlink backhaul is actually a smart wedge — the state network has the ground presence, Starlink has the pipe, and neither can solve the other's problem alone

Before spending money on ads, focus on network quality, reliability, and customer trust. Private operators already offer better service. Customers need results, not advertisements. #BSNL #Telecom
