    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI I'm trying to send port message. 1st I recieved message from BSNL that UPC request received but no UPC code received. Now upon resending the message it says message format is not correct. I rechecked and confirmed that format is correct. Pls help

    I request you to make the local level BSNL personnel understand the importance of service commitment to the customers and strive to resolve the issues in the shortest possible time. Now, I am not sure when I will get the FTTH internet back. Someone please escalate this!

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW Even tried to contact BSNL customer care several time but no response received. Once call connected said issue will be resolved within 24 hrs. Most of the time internet issue is here. No one ready to listen. Don't know whom to contact.

    I can remember the BSNL services when it started losing the market lead. @TheOfficialSBI, I find the SBI similar to the BSNL's footprint. I am intentionally making it down so that customers find alternatives private banks. #sbidown

    I thought people are supporting private internets. Why don't they pay to government?? I choose @BSNLCorporate And yes I came to understand now,why people don't pay to #bsnl . No one is responsible,no one care for customer. Just taking huge salaries and not picking (1)
