    @BSNL_KL how do I cancel my BSNL internet connection ? I have wrote multiple emails as directed by the BSNL executive in BSNL exchange , Chittur , Palakkad . And they are not responding at all. My number is 04923293909.. thanks in advance for your help.

    @BSNLCorporate What is the issue at BSNL end where internet speed not received as per plan or no internet shown from last three days for telephone number 0294-2941288. Why complaint is not resolved promptly? Why no rebate provided for the period for such interruption at BSNL more than 72 hours?

    And additional 999/- rs charged from me in my first month Bill. I am very frustrated with BSNL services, Firstly services are not good and secondly Extra expenses charged from customer on the name of anything which was previously not disclosed.Area manager is also very rude.

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate "Again called the best BSNL FTTH service (29650062)is out of order in Kudasan, GNR from July 2022". But BSNL is resolving my complaints without the issue resolved or informed us. So many followup following up with the BSNL headoffice,sec-11,GNR personally

    @BSNL_TN Eagerly apply bsnl fibre connection through online..Local bsnl Operator told to ask local cable operator but they told rs 10000 for new connection.... tamilnadu Namakkal district velagoundampatty circle....any solution for this?@BSNLCorporate

    @garvitgaurav Media issues at BSNL end is alright and can be checked without visiting the customer end but the modem and LAN issues has to be handled by the customer good self . Thank you.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Has it been instructed to private service providers to use only technology built in India? The same has been strictly instructed to BSNL stating the safety and security concern of the country. Will there be no breach of safety & security if private one uses foreign technology?
