    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate account number 9040444484 internet is down from day before yesterday.Called local bsnl technician yesterday but they never responded to us back.This is the last complaint before i disconnect the connection coz of poor service

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate I have already visited the nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre, but the staff there are not aware of BSNL Wings or how to assist with Wings-related issues. Kindly guide me to the concerned team or provide proper support to resolve my issue.

    @bsnl_care You need to tell 1. When will network be restored Already since many days, there is network outage 2. Since so many days, what has been done by BSNL Team - I spoke with Mr. Garg, local BSNL chief. He said that "He is forwarding this to MTNL" - This is a deflection, unacceptable

    Hello, Big Mouth Broadband Operator @reliancejio For a company that talks so loudly about its network, this is an embarrassing level of service. The connectivity in Chaubeypur, Varanasi has been so pathetic for the last 15 days that you’re actually making BSNL look impressive. Local merchants are already discussing porting their Jio numbers. To make matters worse, even the JioFiber connection installed at my residence is down. 15 days of poor connectivity is not a “technical issue”. It is a failure of service. So, @reliancejio, what do you suggest? Should we stop wasting our time and port out?

    @BSNLCorporate Network downtime needs to be reduced further; if a network outage on a Sunday means the issue won't be resolved until Monday, BSNL will never become anyone's primary SIM.

    @Jubair40681193 Hi, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days.     @Ravisutanjani @TRAI is servant of 2 big corporates airtel and jio they will not think about poor and senior citizens. If you are saying what about Vi and BSNL they were already out of the race they pushed backed intentionally by airtel and jio for their duopoly
