    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate account number 9040444484 internet is down from day before yesterday.Called local bsnl technician yesterday but they never responded to us back.This is the last complaint before i disconnect the connection coz of poor service

    @bsnl_care Please tell me there are no indoor and too weak outdoor network how will you use bsnl? I kept my connection active more than two years along with another 3 bsnl connection just for your network installation. But your team has no interest to contact me. And now so on...

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL vo wifi doesn't work. Your people keep saying one or the other reason. No network in Mumbai City but you have claimed to launch BSNL 4G. It's very difficult to be on the BSNL network, and will soon shift to JIO or AIRTEL.

    @MonalishaSugrii Dear Ma'am, There is a power outage in the 11KV Malkangiri DNK feeder due to LT Cable fired at BSNL office. Please be assured that our technical teams are diligently working to restore power supply to the affected areas as quickly as possible.

    @JioCare The issue was finally resolved on 24.04.2026 at 5 PM, after a full 6-day delay. Yet, you claim there was 'no delay.' Had this been a government service like BSNL, the engineer would have faced strict action or punishment by now.

    @bsnl_care I dont have MTNL SIM. I have BSNL 4G SIM. Handset is Realme Narzo 90x 5G, launched just recently. Jio and Airtel VOLTE is working fine in same handset. Why is BSNL VOLTE not working?
