    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate account number 9040444484 internet is down from day before yesterday.Called local bsnl technician yesterday but they never responded to us back.This is the last complaint before i disconnect the connection coz of poor service

    @BSNLCorporate I don’t see any kind of prompt actions because no actions taken till now. In fact, I have one complaint registered with the complaint no. 16536148392, but it was mark resolved without any single action. Very poor service from BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Snail paced approach of BSNL devanahalli staff is making customer's feel its an uphill task to obtain a new FTTH connection. From the day of application for new connection, isn't there a TAT for BSNL staff to provide connection.

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly request you to improve your internet speed , it is very low also 4G network . How you compete in the telecom field in india. I like you introduce BSNL SELFCARE its very easy to use . I wants to support BSNL but with not network issues Please improve 🙏

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate When I talked to the local BSNL JTO, he blames some pipeline workers are doing works and cables are being cut. How unreliable can you be?? Please give a permanent solution for this internet problem in Shaktinagr area

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Congratulations... But Sir can you improve the network coverage of telecom operators. While MTNL & BSNL having worst network coverage. And now you are the head of this deparment also. So anything you would like to say on network coverage of MTNL & BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate How u r assuring, when nobody is taking actual action. I have bsnl sim card for 3 months... out of those 2 months... exact no network time is more than 1.75 months. Couldn't use any data due to no network. Pathetic experience... will port as soon as my 3 months completes
