    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate account number 9040444484 internet is down from day before yesterday.Called local bsnl technician yesterday but they never responded to us back.This is the last complaint before i disconnect the connection coz of poor service

    @BSNLCorporate Pathetic experience trying to apply for BSNL landline. Applied on 3Jan, Req#128251219055 pending since 1st week Jan, zero updates/response from customer care who seem to be well trained in disconnecting calls at will. True PSU like behavior!

    PSU like SBI, BSNL, ELECT DEPT, INCOME TAX, INDIAN RAILWAYS etc are lacking behind for WILL to providing prompt resolution to 'Common Man Problems'. They should follow Private Sector like AIRTEL, HDFC, TATA, INFOSYS etc in this regard Do you agree ? @PMOIndia @AmitShah

    @imsathiyaseelan Sir/madam Inconvenience is deeply regretted.The network issue was due to some BSNL link problem and the team was immediately informed to rectify the same.Though we are striving to provide the service on a timely manner,this is beyond our control

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle has the worst customer service. Don't buy bsnl sim cards their customer care officers are also impolite and they talk rudely.
