    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate account number 9040444484 internet is down from day before yesterday.Called local bsnl technician yesterday but they never responded to us back.This is the last complaint before i disconnect the connection coz of poor service

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Why in this covid times one had to visit bsnl office for disconnection of phone,even when one can do this same work by just calling at customer service for private operator. Need to improve customer experience.
