    @AshwiniVaishnaw It is good message to 64000 bsnl. However, the telecom will not improve because if that self realisation was there, it would already have. Taxpayer cannot be supporting free bees to support incompetent citizens. Time to take action as suggested by You.

    @Amitrag1989 @ViCustomerCare #vi worst service. No indoor coverage, volte, Vowifi esim no updates on 5g. Even 2G is not working. BSNL 2G is very good.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Sir I humbly request you to improve DND/BSNL Self App. Really worst App. No option to report phishing links messages or fraud calls. TRAI should take serious action to track scammers. No use in registering in DND portal. Pls do something on this.

    @BSNL_KTK we have been registering complaints every day three times for the last 1 week and BSNL closes complaints without verification n rectification of the fault in the fibernet… this is one off the worst type of working by an entity as old n large it is…

    I m using bsnl air fibre for last year. And my internet connection is not good and every day it fluctuate and shows no internet. I contact my supplier but he didn't come i m calling him for last week . But he didn't come @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate plzz help me

    @PIB_India They must 1st confirm when will 4G BSNL be fully operational throughout the country. Collaborating and engaging is secondary when your state run telecom service stands nowhere.

    @BSNLCorporate I am not pay last month bill. This side every month problem ofc, fibre optic break, no service, shutdown all bsnl service, all this type of problem your side. But my side every month pay bill, so you never found any problem of my side. So why you generate bill without service?

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND two consecutive recharges of Rs 147 in my prepaid mobile 8987519024 failed on 1st Feb 2023, but still money is not refunded. No provision to log complaint also. Very poor customer service. How long will BSNL run with govt patronage?

    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD already 2-3 years gone but no BSNL network in my area Khulna,Pin -743446. I already informed BSNL too many times but nothing happen. As I understand if BSNL is controlled by Pvt. company,BSNL must be top of all Telecom company in Indian. @DoT_India
