    @AshwiniVaishnaw It is good message to 64000 bsnl. However, the telecom will not improve because if that self realisation was there, it would already have. Taxpayer cannot be supporting free bees to support incompetent citizens. Time to take action as suggested by You.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate I am from Ramdevra Jaisalmer Rajasthan. I have an BSNL AIR Fibre which is not working since last one month. I complaint in BSNL but there was no solution. And Bill is generated on time every month. I am not able to use wifi but pay bill monthly.

    @BSNLCorporate for speed related issues to whom we need to contact? Because I didn't get any response from customer care or local BSNL officials, if we raise ticket they will close stating as working fine with out consulting me

    @BSNLCorporate I’ve tried to reactivate my BSNL prepaid number online but it was unsuccessful. Tried calling customer care but they say i need to visit customer care centre in Chennai physically to reactivate the number. Why BSNL customer care is so rigid and cumbersome?

    @TRAI Worst service of BSNL. 01734 298556 FIBRE remains dead more than 10 days in every month. complaints & calls to frenchisee & JTO Naraingarh, Dapinder, have no effect. Now also it has red light in router.

    @neelsavla92 @yabhishekhd If this is also picking up 5G WiFi from the nearby node, then it is the same. On the other hand, if it is using 4G/5G network, then it is refined and will be usable at a lot of remote locations where phone connectivity is otherwise weak. The name clases with BSNL Airfiber tho.
