However, the telecom will not improve because if that self realisation was there, it would already have. Taxpayer cannot be supporting free bees to support incompetent citizens. p mukherjee (@prat3797) reported@CGM_WB_BSNL not getting support from Bsnl mullick fathak howrah team. My router has been taken by the service franchisee and not returned. I am also yet to receive my invoice from him for the money paid for new router. The local bsnl team is not taking any action.
