    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL please upgrade network coverage and data connection speed. Most of the places I can get data speed less 50kbps. Due which I ported my sim to other service provider. Don't go for cheaper plans that hardly profits bsnl. Please provide good data speed.

    @sanjeevjiindore @ashoksi77999115 @vivbajaj Online class for my son, thanks to Jio. If we had to depend on BSNL, not sure if India could have online classes. You can still check the difference in service by private vs PSU banks. I was denied account at SBI branch because they have too many customers,😧 can u imagine that?

    @DoT_India SEEING MY COMPLAINT A PHONE CALL CAME FROM Mobile No.:' 6289037886 INTRIODUCED AS BSNL OFFICIAL AND ASKING ME TO DOWNLOAD ANYDESK APP AND ALSO ASKED ME TO SHARE AMAZON PAY OTP!! SURELY IT IS FRAUD AS BSNL NEVER ASKS FOR ANY OTP EVER. TRACE OUT THIS FRAUD & TAKE ACTION.

    Believe Bharat government should keep own separate communication than relying on private players & therefore, should continue floating #BSNL limiting operations to government offices only because still has largest network in Bharat than private telecommunication companies. BSNL

    stop taking huge amount of government salery and convert bsnl into private sector because in india private sectors are giving best service rather then indian govt. services. (In many cases). I have fiber connection also but many times it also not working after power cut please

    @pankajvermacs @swarup58 But PSUs survive or have to be survive because they were formed keeping Indian in mind. They serve poorest of poor. They directly impact Indians. Take an example of bsnl, it was destroyed to benefit jio, now no price control they are hiking price as per their wish

    @ftthbuddy @BSNL_OR Thanks for the details @ftthbuddy. Just need a quick resolution. BSNL should work on complaint resolution model. People can't stop working because they take 3 days to resolve the issue. 3 days of no work is almost loss of 15k rupees. Will BSNL pay me for the leaves I had to take.

    @BSNLCorporate Very bad service that's y people always try to avoid government mobile service providing companies it's been around 24 hours the whole bsnl service is down n they have done nothing ???????
