    @NalinisKitchen Too true. Government is sleeping on this. These companies are looting us. The problem is the next best is BSNL. And you know their service.

    @MaheshThadaka BSNL and other telcos have deployed solar + battery towers in some areas. However, uninterrupted connectivity is still an issue since many sites shut down during power cuts.

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_MP_Circle I have BSNL number I did the recharge of 107 and top-up of 10rs 2 times but I am unable to send sms I have to activate my banking app now what should I do please help me regarding this I am facing this issue from 10 days and I am disappointed about this

BSNL raised revised invoices and amended the agreement, but there's no public confirmation of full cash recovery as of October 2025.

    @SpideyToTEm @BSNL_RJ No, you don't need to pay for recharge during installation under the BSNL Festival Dhamaka offer. The first calendar month of service is free, including after installation. Payments start from the second month at the discounted rate (₹399/month for the next 3 months on ₹449/499 plans, excl. GST). Confirm details with BSNL at 18004444. Offer valid till Dec 31, 2025.

    @bsnl_care @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Telecom minister Sir, BSNL network issue will not be resolved until proper BSNL tower BTS is installed in my area, but BSNL_care/Corporate office is not understanding this matter, they will only docket it and close it without resolving it.Docket no.J212969050663.r
