    @BSNLCorporate How unfortunate & ironical situation #BSNL was never part of the race as other telecom company are looking forward for 5G data providing services & on other hand you haven't succeeded even to provide 4G at our location.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir, As per field information,your issue was already resolved.The temporary fault was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards

    So the private owned ISPs have started to launch their 5G network but the government owned BSNL still hasn't been able (more like allowed) to launch their 4G services. I wonder what is the reason for once thriving BSNL to lack so behind? 🤔

    @AshwiniVaishnaw find a remedy to wash out sarkari babu attitude still present amongst BSNL staffs from top to buttom. Despite of complaint for rectifying service they are less bothered and come up with alternatives.If BB line is down/OFC cut thn staffs will suggest u to switch to Bharat fibre.

    @BSNLCorporate It seems...there is absolutely no responsibility of local service vendors of #BSNL towards consumers. There is also no other wifi operator in my location.... PSC on IT chairman @ShashiTharoor pls, take note of apathy faced by BSNL consumers. #India

    Spending 1.64 lakh crores hard earned taxpayer's money to bail out disastrous BSNL is not a revdi. It is strategic investment by this government to build network less mobile phones in this country. Laudable.

    @GoI_MeitY @BSNL_OR @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir request to upgrade BSNL, what pathetic data network in this digital revolution. My grievance DOTEL/E/2022/25785 still under process, no stable 3Gnetwork in ANGUL ODISHA but we are going for 5G. Hope BSNL do best.
