@BSNLCorporate How unfortunate & ironical situation #BSNL was never part of the race as other telecom company are looking forward for 5G data providing services & on other hand you haven't succeeded even to provide 4G at our location.

@Ravisutanjani Besides, private postal services do not have any incentive to cater to rural areas because of Economics but India post will still do it because is a public service. Same reason why Bsnl caters to the remotest parts of India which others shy away from.

Our Online payment made towards Bharat Fibre BSNL Bill received no acknowledgement from BSNL and our complaint at their Portal was unheeded. Support @ 154 are so atrocious that they cut you off while you are narrating your complaint. Nearest BSNL Office 25 kms, one way. @BSNL_GJ

@SonalPateria hello mam I am from Delhi but living in Thakurdwara, Kangra, HP - 15 km from Palampur city. BSNL broadband speed is third class from past 100 days, we don’t have option of any other service provider here. Local vendors and sdo Palampur BSNL never replies to messages
