Staff there named Bharath was rude and uncooperative. He told me to go to Bangalore One centre for update. This is the attitude bsnl staffer shows. Disgusting!!

TRAI operators ko flexibility deta hai plans mein changes ke liye, but consumer protection ke liye monitor karta hai aur intervene kar sakta hai, jaise recently Jio/Airtel se entry-level plans remove karne pe poocha. Official site check kar lo latest ke liye!
