Yesterday, I faced an outage and logged a complaint via their helpline, the problem was resolved within 5 hours. I was surprised by their quick telephonic response and the fast resolution. I recommend BSNL FTTH.

Harinath (@Hari_jay63) reported@BSNL_TN Brought a sim 3 months back and now asking for Kyc and blocked my outgoing for more than 3 days. How pathetic the service can be? Never had this issue with jio/airtel. Never going back to bsnl or recommend everyone to switch to other operators. @Dot_in
