    @BSNLCorporate How unfortunate & ironical situation #BSNL was never part of the race as other telecom company are looking forward for 5G data providing services & on other hand you haven't succeeded even to provide 4G at our location.

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Sir, facing trouble in Registering Schools under DLT, which runs under One PAN and many Branches. Wrote many emails to #BSNL DLT teams. No resolution yet. Don't know which door to knock.

    @confused_banker @Trueindian456 @SChoudharyNews Employees attitude are further pushing customer away. Myself was using BSNL broadband but due to service issue switched to Airtel....no problem for last 2 years...if some issue comes...they know b4 get to know. I mean employees are also responsible...bcoz no one fire me

    Using @BSNLCorporate sim is a CRIME... Arrived in Delhi, and the network is gone. Connected via Dolphin, but no incoming-outgoing. Stuck now. Not having other network sim also. Thanks to hotel wifi. At least give an alternative to BSNL users. @CMDBSNL

    @MrAnilKumarSing @Trueindian456 @SChoudharyNews I am using a BSNL sim for last 15 years. Can't say, no issue. But yes, not dissatisfied as well. There's a bit of issue everywhere, anywhere. But resolution is the key point. U can't simply amputate your leg if there's a sore on your knee. And u can't say when u will get a sore.

    @AsianetBB Using Asianet BB, we get 1.3mbps for 100mbps connection 😐 Can't attend classes without buffering. Complaining since last 2 years but customer care people never cares. Switching to Kerala vision or BSNL Fibre

    @Airtel_Presence Refund me my money I don’t want to be with AIRTEL— I paid — I cannot make or receive calls — do you understand that ?? I cannot access internet with BSNL i was getting 3G but it was working!! @TRAI this is illegal- they have taken my money and for past 5 days I have no network

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Wjy do you guys even provide resolution times when you don't want to fix the issues, I don't want waivers from you I want uninterrupted services and I think that is too much to ask, thanks for being such a great ISP, even BSNL is better than you atleast they resolve issues better
