    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw With heavy heart i have switched to airtel from bsnl ftth.downtimes are for hours and hours.Pls look into the issue . Also The service provider who owns both airtel and bsnl keeps foring airtel a/c no.8008353654

    @shreyasms BSNL maybe bad in cities but in some rural areas, BSNL is the only one which works.

    @datta_arvind BSNL come with a bang it is 8n profit now as 80% workforce take VRS and all work give on contract. BSNL,Rcom,and TTML have good big customer base in lease line.

    Lack of systematic work due to negligence of officers is characteristics of BSNL. Customers suffer endlessly who opt for BSNL service. Please don't infuse taxpayers money in BSNL. Please privatise BSNL.
