    @PMOIndia I am from WB. I am proud by NDA Govt Bsnl internet gateway extension from Chennai to Port Blair & Agartala to Cox Bazar. But no improvement in West Bengal. We need Chennai to Kolkata gateway by submarine cable for uninterrupted internet service. Plz help us.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate is restricting me to use their service forcefully. from one month PORT service is not working from BSNL. customer service is not responding for issue. just postponing issue.@TRAI should take action against BSNL,which is not giving any service to customers

    @BYJUS @ByjusSupport Iam experiencing a worst level of support from ur executives, worst than existing BSNL. calls of 50 mins daily n no outcome. Does the support stops after full payment is received ?

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Please, Check your Customer Care Representative. Just talk with BSNL Customer Care Representative and totally disappointed. Thats why people divert to other operator from BSNL.

    @BSNL_BR No proper 2G network available of BSNL and no coverage of 3G network in my village Mokhtiyarpur Pin code- 851133 Begusarai, Bihar no one is able to use BSNL service in my village so please provide proper signal and coverage of 4G of BSNL in my village after launch

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @ETTelecom First you make your 3G service better.If any body come in BSNL he is not able to port out in Kolkata circle.Error message coming Sub to contractual obligations process will not happen.Samefull thing .Tri must look in this matter.

    Is #bsnl @MTNLOfficial not providing services of 4G in capital of India New Delhi. Since a long time I am facing the issue from a long time always no network issue is there. When I try to contact customer support ....no response @BSNLCorporate provide the solution asap.

    @bsnl_ap_circle It's been 6hrs since my last tweet and my internet is not working yet. I have sent a DM to @BSNLCorporate of the details and still there is no response. No wonder why people avoid switching to BSNL. I regret getting myself registered to BSNL wifi services.
