    @BSNL_OR taking complains to bsnl customer care executive is like taking complains to an inefficient king, they will listen according to their mood and they will disconnect without even asking you. And people are crying against privatisation of public sector institutions. Grow up

    The financial condition of BSNL is not right in my country as well as their officer is not able to talk, I did my recharge of 139 on 14-10-2022 and till date My account is saying suspended, if I tell customer care to talk to the senior, then he says talk to him tomorrow.

    @ajay43 No, they are trying to develop the indigenous 4G/ 5G with the help of TCS , CDOT. The govt is doing all these experiments in a LAB called #BSNL.
