@BSNLCorporate What i have told on call is now network is coming and since mrng there were no networkso it is habitual for bsnl team to just close the case as the issue is currently resolved they are not ready to give permanent solution for this @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia

I am using BSNL Fibre Premium Plus (200 Mbps 4000 GB) Connection, but fron last 10 day downloading speed is between 80-100 mbps and uploading speed is 10-15 mbps or bellow. and no one is solving my issue. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR

@BSNLCorporate That does not solve the problem..this is std reply after forwarding then what ...I have earlier got the same response..bsnl should shut down and refund all the deposit taken

@geekyranjit Using e-sim of jio on my iPhone 12 mini and BSNL as physical Sim. As consumers we've to use one device for approx 3 years so no issue with e-sim.

@TRAI I have a BSNL number, It has no incoming call service and no SMS service, however the outgoing service is working. When the complaint was escalated to BSNL, it was found that the same number which belonged to me was issued to someone else by Vodafone. No resolution till now

To make people's lives better, I hope the local airtel under the Visakhapatnam district should respond to this issue immediately, Jio & BSNL are providing a better network why can't the biggest network in India not provide the best network to people around these areas?
