I was hoping BSNL would support my request, especially since I explained that I'm unable to visit a store due to my health condition and that my Jio recharge has already expired.   Sick PSUs in India are themselves responsible for their downfall. Today after complaining to BSNL for their slow speed, one of the technician replied : this is problem of BSNL & will continue. There is no solution to this. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD
