    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @PMOIndia worst service from vi. Single bar 4g coverage-indoor..still technical team asking for settings issue.all 3 mobiles r getting are same issue. Why govt not taking action against vi. In city itself coverage issues..please start bsnl 4g here.

    @Sachin_Ro45 BSNL caters to both corporates and Households. The top layer looks after corporates and the normal stuff run household. You can gauge the level of service they give to you. But nonetheless, prolific workforce is wasted due to long and absurd system procedure

    @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlmp @MP_BSNL I have got the BSNL fiber installed with Customer Acc. No: 1026430678, In Dist. Seoni M.P. , on 03/02/21 . The vendor has charged me Rs. 4700 for installation + router, but not providing me the receipt, even after asking multiple times. Pls help

    @BSNLCorporate Several complaints raised for BSNL Broadband noise issue in Phone Line but Ulhasnagar Team is not fixing it at all,and without resolving it they are closing the complaint. Let me know how to do WFH due to this disturbance ADSL is also not stable,see DM for contact number.

    @Harsh43958598 @mita_anilkumar @TimesNow What railways Air India was facing losses so it has to be done Lic is disinvestment, kindly read about it other networks are launching 5g, here bsnl is currently on 3g, piloting 4g, BSNL is currently profitable but within few years it won't be Government employees sucks

    @narendramodi Modi ji while inuagating jio telecom u had said that I will not let down BSNL,but sorry,u have not even given G4 to BSNL and it's failing And u are selling it because of jio

    For the rural (T2, T3) part of India, #BSNL FTTH has been kind of a boon. Good internet speeds, Good Service Moderate pricing. Neither on the heavy side nor Pocket Friendly. To gather more users, specially Gen Y and Z they should, > Make plans pocket friendly > Lower the Ping

    @FaberIndia apart from tweeting on various occasions do you ever look into the crappy product quality and pathetic service that your company provides. Mark my words. you would be the next BSNL. I am Surprised that you are still in business. Horrible customer service attitude.
