  @BSNLCorporate Still I don't have hope that you will provide refund for those 50 to 60 days when I had No Connectivity issue. What I got with BSNL Bharat Fiber connection, short time internet connectivity with long time mental sickness. Connecting People with mental disease.

  @BSNLCorporate Why I cannot add my account in BSNL Selfcare portal after logging in. It says "No such customer is registered with us". But its showing my correct name, email id, mobile phone number. please rectify the error.

  @kknayak007 Dear Sir, As per field information,the issue was already resolved.The temporary issue was due to cable damage by different agencies during developmental works. BSNL is in the process of establishing alternate paths to minimize fault time. Thanks and Regards.
