@BSNL_KTK 23kbps data speed at Vijayanagara Bengaluru, I preferred the BSNL over the jio network, currently recharged with a 599 plan of 5 GB per day. Called many times to the call center and not getting a reasonable response. What to do !!

Worst service ever @BSNL_KTK @BSNL_India . 25 days out of 30 internet won't work . And remaining 5 days speed is slower than 2004 ka internet. When we went to bsnl office they treated us soo rude and arrogantly. Saying stuff like "if have problem ho o ho some other network.

Beware of taking BSNL mobile SIM. For changing SIM or any other problem You will hv to go to original state from where you purchased it. Whereas with Airtel, jio and others you can do it in 5 minutes from any if their shop in any lane
