They need these new users to actually stay & recharge the ₹2,399 plan later if they want to fix the numbers. 5G in Andhra is still 5 to 6 months away.

Govt company with too many legacy issues.. still promoting 4G itself tells their state of affairs. Ideally, govt should have closed the company but these BSNL have infra and state has dependency w.r.t secrecy. So, forget BSNL Rs 1 at your own peril.

In Joypur Part-I, Cachar, Assam, BSNL FTTH infrastructure is still unavailable, while Jio/Airtel AirFiber is costly and unstable here. What can we do ?
