Priti Gourab (@GourabPriti) reported@BSNL_OR I really don’t understand why the Bsnl customer care no not picked up every time I called. For fibre connection Bsnl officials recommend to go to the local distributor, but they provide such poor service that can’t be accepted in 21 century.
