This is yet not resolved.Complaint registration number 1052017750 on phone number 079-25464303. Repairer came to resolve and informed that one new cable is required to be installed in my area. Yet no action is taken to install the same. Take action @BSNL_GJ #bsnl @TRAI @PMOIndia

@DoT_India My BSNL Landline number 07929703069, not working for last 4 days, nobody is responding. Today we met officers at Naroda telephone exchange and got reply that cable had cut and stollen, and we can't give you time period when we can solve the problem. Horrible answer.

@BSNL_GJ trying to call bsnl customer care since 4days, and trice a day. Even after 15 mins each time, the customer care "babu s" have no time to pick the call. My two bsnl prepaid no.'s validity is expired, need to be recharged and I don't know the stv to be recharged.

During Umphan and after the severe cyclone- in Kolkata, all the mobile network was down- except our oldman- BSNL . I could contact people only with BSNL mobile. Really inefficient they are 🤣 That’s why all are active to close down BSNL and save the Pvt. Telecom companies 🤣

@excitel_rocks No FUP is scam of Excitel. Putting restrictions on OTT & streaming apps. Cant watch Tatasky on website or app. Shows proxy error. No problem with mobile data. Once we buy Smart TV, we wil shift to other ISP like ACT or BSNL with FUP but transparent. Worst ISP.

Whenever there is a power cut, the generators on the towers of all other companies are turned on, but I have never seen a generator running on your tower till date.Initially there was good speed but now your condition is worse than BSNL's 2G.

When opened it took our location (We had 5 SIMs and only BSNL LTD network worked). Immediately helpline folks called us back and took the nearest toll-gate team on call. Rescue team understood to criticality of the situation and requested us to leave car and move to safer place

Applied for Fibernet at kottaiyur.paid charges through franchise.he provided wiring and one Digisol modem. But internet is not provided for past days.Franchise is not replying. JTO/CSC/KKDI when contacted refused help stating that BSNL is not responsible.pathetic BSNL services.
