Even after 15 mins each time, the customer care "babu s" have no time to pick the call. My two bsnl prepaid no.'s validity is expired, need to be recharged and I don't know the stv to be recharged.

If it was really about "free markets" you'd expect private entities to compete and beat bsnl based on the true "merits" of privately owned enterprise y'all keep harping about. This sounds weirdly as dogmatic as communism, only with exact opposite ******** ideas. "Shutdown a wiflully sabotaged player so cronies can benefit and it will also make everything cheaper" - huh?
