Even after 15 mins each time, the customer care "babu s" have no time to pick the call. My two bsnl prepaid no.'s validity is expired, need to be recharged and I don't know the stv to be recharged.

I could contact people only with BSNL mobile. Really inefficient they are 🤣 That’s why all are active to close down BSNL and save the Pvt. Telecom companies 🤣

Private operators like Jio and Airtel are largely 4G/5G, but BSNL’s rural coverage gaps mean some villages are genuinely still on 2G or EDGE.
