I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

At least send a prior notice—sudden 7–8 hour outages cause major issues. Bringing features like other fiber brands would really help customers. It will be appreciated.
