My landline phone was dead for a year and officers gave damn to me when I said I would take up to higher authorities. Phone nos are not updated on website making it convenient for officials to be in slumber. Pathetic

But the problem is unlike other PSU left alone, BSNL is too big to be ignored. Almost all lanes and streets of Hindustan has some story of BSNL. It will be disastrous, if left alone to die. Registered complaint 2 times for this reason, but the customer care representative is unable to specify the reason. Resolve the problem as soon as possible.

On my every complaint during the period, sms were received stating the problem has been resolved without making my landline work. Services can be outsourced to save BSNL

My internet journey had begun from BSNL 3G. But still nearby towers are still on 2G, recieving 4G services from almost a BTS 8KMs away. @bsnl_care
