Called several times to SDO but nobody picked up. Worst service ever seen in life. Please close bsnl corporation so that customers will not be harassed.

But getting full bill for months service. After lodging complain the contact no of retired linesman are given via SMS. Unacceptable service by BSNL in Bhubaneswar.

On my every complaint during the period, sms were received stating the problem has been resolved without making my landline work. Services can be outsourced to save BSNL
