Registered complaint 2 times for this reason, but the customer care representative is unable to specify the reason. Resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Called several times to SDO but nobody picked up. Worst service ever seen in life. Please close bsnl corporation so that customers will not be harassed.

Later disconnected all connections!

You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

Never opt for BSNL SIM unless you don't have any other option. Private TSPs tend to be far more reliable.
