  .@BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND I am a BSNL Postpaid user since past 05 years at Ranchi. Since last few weeks, not able to send or receive whatsapp msgs bcs of the poor network. Regular phone calls are also getting dropped. pls suggest a way forward.
