    @CMDBSNL : Sir, Don't blame Government for not allowing 4G. I am BSNL Mobile user since 2002 & will be very happy if @BSNLCorporate provides only 50% services. I am really Okay with your 3G if you consistently provide 25% 3G speed & no issues in Calls. @rsprasad @SanjayDhotreMP

    @BSNLCorporate When your self-care says free 100 min for 84 days (₹106 pack)and your customer office giving me that tantrums that it will be for 15 days. So, much confusion. I called toll free number from BSNL but charged for ₹32. Unable to send port message (asked to recharge₹153)

    @BSNLCorporate @Airtel_Presence @TRAI I was treated bad. I need to show the BSNL care plan details to your office staff but she was told me that it was wrong info in app. Even she asked me to come for office any prepaid recharge
