    @CMDBSNL : Sir, Don't blame Government for not allowing 4G. I am BSNL Mobile user since 2002 & will be very happy if @BSNLCorporate provides only 50% services. I am really Okay with your 3G if you consistently provide 25% 3G speed & no issues in Calls. @rsprasad @SanjayDhotreMP

    I ported out from GSM @Airtel_Presence to @BSNL_JK before some days as till now the sim is not activated yet. Contacted several times to BSNL Customer Care but got no response from their side. Last time i ported to jio from another number experienced a great deal. Poor Service!

    Day 11 After submitting Complaint @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GO I haven't come across a more useless service provider than you people. How long will you take to join a wire? Such numb, lazy and uncourteous staff who are resistant to be productive. Hopeless! #Garbageservice #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Dear Team, I was trying to do recharge on 15 Jun 2021 on my bsnl number 9411685457 of Rs 94 using Amazon app but by mistake it happened on 9411685458. Could you please cancel the recharge on wrong number and process the refund request.

    BSNL fibre is worst at Amravati Maharashtra circle,from last two months we are facing speed issue the day after it is resolved.TIP is providing service absolutely great.But what the heck is going in BSNL,I'm not getting it. Is this government trying to sell it too.@BSNLCorporate

    @AGSawant Great potential? Wt makes u think lyk dat sir? Do u use a BSNL sim or jst fr d sake of promotion ur saying dis? Do u kno hw they respond to complaints? Hw their people talk to customer? N hw long they take to resolve complaints if they hv ever solved any @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Dear BSNL, please step up and provide the good service to you existing customer at least. Today I raised my 3rd complaint of this week for my Fiber broadband network issue. I am getting sms stating issue resolved, without addressing issue.
