    @CMDBSNL : Sir, Don't blame Government for not allowing 4G. I am BSNL Mobile user since 2002 & will be very happy if @BSNLCorporate provides only 50% services. I am really Okay with your 3G if you consistently provide 25% 3G speed & no issues in Calls. @rsprasad @SanjayDhotreMP

    But we have network issue.Although we have BSNL and Jio network, but it's not available to our location and however the signal strength is not consistent and whenever there is power cut signal goes off as there is no battery backup available for the network.

    I have bsnl in dehradun and the local franchise always update us with resolution time and do his best to resolve it asap. But in bangalore franchise and bsnl team hard put any efforts to even respond to our messages forget about updates on resolution. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate This is 3rd time in 15 days.. internet services not working.. do we have to keep lodging complaints again and again weekly? Is this same old BSNL? Where they do care.. but according to their suitable time?
