    @BSNLCorporate Very unfortunate & embarrassing that despite my repeated request for last 6-7 months, BSNL could not able to provide it's Broadband service to me in Bonhooghly, Baranagar, Kolkata-700108. Now I m compelled to go for other pvt network. Sorry state of affairs for BSNL-9434745891 .

    @BSNLCorporate I brought bsnl sim And some few day data not working properly.and jab customer service ko phone kro to kuch n kuch bol ka phone kat deta ha or ye to setting batai ha usa bhi nhi hota . Muja sirf itna bolna ha ye to service achi do nhi to band hi kardo @BSNL_GJ

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate My complaint number : 130924688882 is marked as resolved even without solving the issue. No proper response from BSNL Hunsur office despite complaining that the internet speed is very low. Please help to escalate & do the needful.

    I have a BSNL no. since 2011 from Vizag. Struggled with it in Mumbai for 8 years. Still persisted, being proud of BSNL. But in Delhi, it's a real joke. Spent 35 min, over 2km on both sides of my house looking for network and there is none. Ppl telling me to try about 5 km away!!
