@haryanabsnl today I visited BSNL office at sector 56 gurgaon for one my BSNL old SIM replacement. But the executive 1st asked me 2 go hometown LTR asked to visit sector 12 BSNL office for this service. How can we appreciate BSNL for this kind of work? @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe

@BSNL_GJI am from Fatehgunj, Vadodara lost broadband fibre connection since yesterday. Inspite of complaint had been launched yesterday, till today no action from BSNL. BSNL service to customers have declined sharply. We are observing frequent outage of broadband fibre service.

@BSNL_WB @BSNLCorporate Opted for portability to BSNL West Bengal. Last night original number deactivated but still the bsnl sim isn't activated. What a pathetic experience. As per TRAI, maximum disruption time can be 4 hrs but now it's almost 10 hrs. Horrible @TRAI

@BSNL_GJ @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate I am having BSNL broadband at my residence af Fatehgunj Vadodara for many years now. I was happy with the service provided by BSNL. However the service of BSNL have declined considerably in last one year or so. For last one month I am observing repeated failure of service
