    @BaluGorade In my village, BSNL was initially the only available network, and everyone used it. However, due to poor network connectivity and unreliable service, people switched to Airtel and Jio. Nowadays, even Airtel and Jio are providing very poor internet speeds and inconsistent service.

    @BaluGorade Because bsnl 4g sucks. It's a 4g for namesake. But during prime time its speed is like 2g. One cannot do any important financial transactions relying on it.

    @BaluGorade Forget switching to BSNL I don't even call if someone has a BSNL number. Low price but bad service.

    @BaluGorade Bsnl customer care.. once you buy BSNL, it's ok, but if you take post-paid service, then you will die 💀 to disconnect it will disconnect over paper, but the bill will continue @bsnl_care

    @BaluGorade Network. Had bsnl sim for 2 years. Never ever got the signals for more than 2 hours

    @law_ninja Other than 1 &2, other has no impact even if they shut down completely. Numer 2 is also not correct as the BSNL,MTNL, Vodafone also has a great network system.

    @BaluGorade I just now ported my @JioCare @reliancejio sim to bsnl. They just don't care about the customer since they've got a long list of customers to cater.

    @BaluGorade #Bsnl plans are economical but horrible network & service as usual observed with Govt entity. Even in cities you have Network issues
