    Bsnl shifted our bng bti to Shri nagar and shift our services at jalandhar bng obsolete old type already overloaded.I have invested 20 lacs in network of ftth in bsnl but due to repeated fault it is going down The public dislikes bsnl due bad services of bsnl...pl save us

    @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate i pay for your 100mbps plan of bsnl fibre on my number 01951-295993 . and what i get is 20mbps of max speed. Thats BSNL. Bsnl is pathetic. No support, no hope. Why would people buy bsnl when @reliancejio provides better service, speed and support?

    @SubbuVanchi @BSNL_Revival_BR If gov not support then aware people about ftth where bsnl is fastest growing , people are ready to take ftth but they not know how to take it ! After VI failed people first choice is bsnl ( for VI 2g customer )

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @TRAI Not able to call from my bsnl number due to poor network. Called customer care, they are still insisting on 147 recharge before porting out. Kindly confirm if 147 recharge is mandatory to send port msg despite having balance and if this is fair?

    @BSNLCorporate MyBSNL App is good for nothing. Most of the time, it is not working. Pathetic! BSNL is unable to design an App for its own which can be user friendly with better UI. Pls provide safe and secure App with better UI. Can't imagine who designed it & allowed it? 🤔

    @BSNL_UPE Dear BSNL, what u want from ur BSNL 3G customer? After charging Rs. 599 for ur STV599 worst data service provided by you then any telecom network. It is better for the sake of public interest PM modi should sell BSNL as he and bsnl also want the same. @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate no network coverage in my area last 4-5 days ....i use my Bsnl only when I am on the 2nd floor...and at ground floor zero signal showing in my mobile. @BSNL_UPW

    @canarabank I have done bsnl payment on 20th Jul for ₹.668 on my card ending 9009. It was effected two times, raised complaint with cancard, it wing home branch 0914. no response. Customer care is helpless with limited access. Even carana bank fails
