@bsnl_care No any positive result of sending DM. If you barred all outgoing calls then kindly allow to dial customer care number. My Pre-paid 9425177298 with recharge of Rs 1499 is valid till Jan'26 but outgoing calls barred. This is how you treat loyal customer. Jai ho BSNL God bless you
