  BSNL Jammu has gone upside down and nobody is bothered. Tower serving Talab Tilloo jammu area is shut for the last more than a fortnight now. Only hapless subscribers are suffering. Will the higher-ups in bsnl leave their AC rooms and attend to the problems of consumers

  @BSNLCorporate Since last 48 hours 1500 BSNL customers are disconnected from mobile service. It's not a matter of a day or two. This type of disruption happening particularly in that area since years. None of your officials paying heed to this.

  Bsnl fiber is down in my area scince last 4 days. When i called the office they said the problem is from pune to kolhapur and work is going on. 4 days and 5th today without internet. What is this service? @BSNLCorporate

  @BSNLCorporate @MP_BSNL BSNL Narsinghpur after sales service are horrible, There is no proper communication channel to get anything resolved, be it connectivity issue or plan change or anything for that matter. For everything, you need written application “Seriously”.

  @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate I live in Faridabad NIT 4 Center Government Area. BSNL network is not coming here for 3-4 days (Only 1-2 signals). They are not doing well even in customer care complaint. Please solve it soon. @DoT_India
