    @bsnl_care 10th Day No Internet!! No Attempt made from BSNL to get in touch "D1815138136989" is the Docket Number How many more weeks needed to restore Internet? Can't express in words the difficulties being faced. What is the timeline for ticket resolution? Other ISPs resolving in Hours!!
