  @bsnl_care Dear @BSNLCorporate, Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from your team yet, and I still haven't received my BSNL SIM. I'm beginning to feel disappointed. I was hoping BSNL would support my request, especially since I explained that I'm unable to visit a store due to my health condition and that my Jio recharge has already expired.   Extremely disappointed with @reliancejio . 4G and 5G speeds are worse than BSNL 2G, and call drops are happening constantly. Raised a service request but no resolution yet. Pls fix your network ASAP! @JioCare

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 how is this possible? how can one stay connected after having BSNL sim card & mobile BSNL doesn't provide uninterrupted network BSNL doesn't provide Roaming in New Delhi & Mumbai New Delhi is CAPITAL of BHARAT and there is NO service by Government of BHARAT owned PSU

  @bsnl_care @CMDBSNL were using bsnl Sim landline and network but slowly people have opted for other service providers. So go out of your comfort zone and work on ground level because you are being paid a huge amount for the same. Jai Hind 🇮🇳

  @BSNL_WB please allow convert of physical sim to eSIM online , why to go to BSNL office ? All private operators are allowing online convert , only bsnl giving this problem .
