The theme slogan of BSNK Connecting India should be changed to Disconnecting India. Inspite of several tweets about the callousness of the BSNL to respond to my complain there is no action. Nobody is there to look to customer complain.Why it exists?

@BSNLCorporate Finally, we have surrendered the FTTH connection on 19-Aug-2021 with No dues receipt as it is difficult to have BSNL horrible services. To our surprise, the BSNL billed again for full month 1.8.2021 to 31.8.2021, even after NOC on 19.8.2021. Kindly rectify the same.

@BSNLCorporate It's very strange, bsnl has blocked the port message to port no from bsnl to other service provider. I m not able to send the PORT message from Bsnl prepaid no 979117346 even I can send message to any other no.
