@DoT_India @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate Extremely bad experience with customer service when the toll free number for BSNL is contacted. And your customer service doesn't even call back if disconnected after long blank hold!

@BSNLCorporate In my BSNL WB prepaid mobile number, have enough validity and balance. I need to PORT the number because network service remains closed most days in my area. But SMS not going. Helpline said, i need to recharge unlimited pack of 137 rupees for this. Why this!!

@BSNLCorporate i was using a FTTH in Periyakulam. i changed to coimbatore. Here my old FTTH modem is not accepted. BSNL (Thudiyalur) not helping to configure my old compatible modem. they are insisting to buy only the modem supplied by their outsource ppl. bad service.

If we calling jio to jio, vi, bsnl and Airtel to Airtel, vi, bsnl working fine But issue with only Airtel to jio or jio to airtel.
