Resulting, only 3-4 connections only made from their connecting pole & u faced regular issues, he told that SDO, etc all sr. staff aware of this but they not might solve this issue. Lines are open.

@BSNLCorporate bsnl offering 4G sim in Lucknow, I purchased the Sim because on sim it is written 4G but when my network activated it shows 3g, I called CS they told be in Lucknow 4g service is not yet started so my question is why they are deceiving people by giving 3g not 4g?

@BSNL_KOTD Switching to BSNL was the worst mistake. In terms of availability of network , we have our network down since 3 days. Logged a service ticket and also the team responsible for maintenance , only to get a response that "work is going on at a different site, we will chk tomorrow"
